★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio la señora que trabaja allí por la mañana por lo menos a esa hora fui yo muy mal carácter traté de ser lo más amable con ella más de lo normal sobre un producto que supuestamente estaba retenido ahí y fue muy déspota tuve que salirme pues no me dio ninguna información ningún tipo de ayuda me ofreció pésimo servicio en ese correo
 Terrible service the lady who works there in the morning at least at that time I was very bad tempered I tried to be as kind to her more than normal about a product that was supposedly held there and it was very despotic I had to leave because no gave me no information any help offered me terrible service in that email

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La atención en oficina de San Isidro muy buena ahí si les pongo 5 estrellas.....
El de traslado como tal...unas 3 estrellas,no puede ser que un sobre normal con un documento....tarde 12 días en ser entregado,y eso es un decir,ya que lo tuve que revisar en la oficina postal.....de haber esperado al cartero....serían 13 días!!!
El.encio fue de puebla a acá.....Esta muy,muy tardado,pero tal vez sea plan con maña.
The attention in the San Isidro office is very good there if I give them 5 stars .....

Llevas tu paquete sin envolver para que el personal observe lo que envías, lo siguiente es envolver con papel manila y pegas con prit.
en la parte superior izquerda van los datos de quién envia y en la parte inferior derecha los datos de quién recibe.
Los datos son: a) nombre
b) dirección completa que incluye manzana, lote, colonia y estado.
al final tu código postal.
El personal lo pesa y lo mide.
Hacen los cálculos correspondientes y finalmente el cobro.
Es importante llevar cambio.
Hay envíos express de 4-5 días hábiles y envíos normales de 10-12 días.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La atención es cordial y muy rápida, tenía mis dudas al respecto después de ver tantas opiniones negativas. He de comentar que fui por la mañana, la señorita que me atendió siempre se mostró muy amable y atenta, adicional, si cuentan con guía tengan el folio a la mano para evitar contratiempos.
Por otra parte, en este momento el número para contactar no es atendido así que es mejor ir a la oficina postal.
