They do not deliver packages to homes, they say they are "cumbersome" and they want you to pick them up to save them from returning.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nunca tienen el correo a tiempo. Se han perdido muchos paquetes y casi siempre que voy aunque sea dentro del horario establecido está cerrado. Además las veces que he quedó mandar paquetes me mandan a otras sucursales porque les faltan estampillas.
They never have the mail on time. Many packages have been lost and almost always I go even if it is within the established hours it is closed. Also, the times I have been to send packages they send me to other branches because they lack stamps.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sinceramente no en todos los centros de correos de México son amables, pero al contrario de la experiencia que la mayoría hemos tenido en estos lugares, el personal de correos de México Ixtapa a sido en verdad muy amables y comprensivos, no tengo más que mis más sinceros agradecimientos por el empleado de ése lugar, ojalá todos fueran así
Honestly, not all the postal centers in Mexico are friendly, but contrary to the experience that most of us have had in these places, the postal staff of Mexico Ixtapa has been really very kind and understanding, I have nothing but my best. sincere thanks for the employee of that place, I wish they were all like this
