★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy pesimo servicio envie un paquete a Monterrey el día 5 de este mes y supuestamente tardaba de 8 a 10 días, estamos a 24 y sigue sin llegar. Y el lunes de la semana pasada envie uno a Tamaulipas y lo mismo de 8 a 10 dias y ni siquiera ha llegado a recepción en la CDMX... muy pésimo el servicio ultimamamente!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No paguen un casillero. No funciona. No te guardan nada, es un desastre cuando preguntas por los documentos que se supone te debería de guardar porque pagaste. Aparte la sra cuando le preguntas por tus documentos es grosera y super amargada.

Hay muchísimos afectados, estos solo son algunos. Levanten la voz, en esta pandemia muchos vivimos de esto y en esta paquetería, además de que te atienden mal, comenzaron a robar.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El paquete que solicite viene violado y sin producto. Correos de México se tiene que hacer responsable del personal que contrata para recibir la mercancía, no puede ser que en las mismas instalaciones se roben las cosas.
Voy a levantar las denuncias necesarias.
The package you request is violated and without product. Correos de México has to be responsible for the personnel it hires to receive the merchandise, it cannot be that things are stolen in the same facilities.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tuve que acudir a esta oficina ya que aunque me queda un poco lejos es la que me corresponde por mi C.P.
En primer instancia tiene marcado que abren a las 8 am pero no es así, ya que el edificio abre a las 9. Hasta las 9 am se puede pasar a correos por lo que les recomiendo que no acudan tan temprano o se tendran que formar con las personas que van a las demas dependencia.
Tuve que hacer un tramite de envio internacional y las dos personas (tuve que ir 2 veces el mismo día) que me atendieron fueron muy amables, me explicaron muy bien cual era el procedimiento a seguir.
El unico detalle es que solo atiende una persona asi que hay que ser un poco pacientes porque algunas personas llevan muchos paquetes para enviar.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La persona que recibe en la oficina de Av Sor Juana dentro de el administrativo es déspota, grosera , siempre está enojada o si tiene problemas mentales , no debería estar para recibir a los clientes que pagamos por realizar un servicio . Pero es la típica burócrata , que pena por los trabajadores de correos que si hacen su trabajo pero no recomiendo acudir a esta oficina , mejor perder un poco de tiempo y en la está frente a palacio municipal, en esa al menos atienden con amabilidad. Y en palabras de la sra , existen otras paqueterías , si en verdad pero cuando ya no tengan trabajo será por este tipo de personas tan irresponsablemente enemigas de el trabajo.
