★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Soy de Lerdo, Durango. Hicieron el proceso de envio de mi paquete desde esta oficina, pero a los "trabajadores" se les olvido subir a plataforma mi paquete y no aparece en seguimiento, así que mi paquete esta extraviado y no contestan los teléfonos para comunicarme.
 I'm from Lerdo, Durango. They did the process of sending my package from this office, but the "workers" forgot to upload my package to the platform and it does not appear in tracking, so my package is lost and they do not answer the phones to communicate me.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Yo llamé peleándome porque no llegaba mi paquete y no había actualizaciones en el rastreo de la página, llamé y me trataron de forma muy amable y además me demostraron que si habían estado en mi casa, el mensajero se ofreció a traerme el paquete como algo especial y fuera de horario nada más por cumplir, asi que mi opinión sobre el servicio ha cambiado totalmente, yo me equivoqué y lo acepto asi que estamos muy bien.
I called fighting because my package did not arrive and there were no updates in the tracking of the page, I called and they treated me very kindly and they also showed me that if they had been at my house, the courier offered to bring me the package as something special and after hours, nothing more to be fulfilled, so my opinion about the service has totally changed, I was wrong and I accept it so we are very well.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La gente ni cubrebocas usa, hoy fui para saber si un paquete estaba ahí y me mandaron por un tubo "es muy pronto para que llegue", hace media hora cerraron y me llegó notificación de quién me lo envió que está en la oficina postal, todo por no querer revisar. Horrible servico. Ojalá cambien de personal

The reception staff are always very friendly and helpful, the mailman that corresponds to my area finally makes deliveries after more than a year of receiving mail through this courier.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sé bien que las oficinas de correos tienen su fama, pero haciendo honor a la verdad el servicio que vienen ofreciendo en los últimos años creo que ha cambiado, envío y recibo paquetería de manera regular y el servicio que ofrecen en la oficina (en sucursal), en comparación a compañías como fedex me parece mucho mejor que fedex.

When I go to take a package they treat me with kindness and respect and they attend to me as quickly as possible. They are good people but with a lot of work to carry out.
