★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Al inicio el servicio no fue tan malo, contando que nunca me llegan los paquetes a mi domicilio yo debo ir hasta la oficina por mis paquetes. La señora que atiende la oficina es amable cuando quiere, hace una semana llamé y tomó la llamada en cuanto le dije "Buenos días" me colgó. Deberían cambiar a su personal.
At the beginning, the service was not so bad, considering that the packages never arrive at my home, I must go to the office for my packages. The lady who attends the office is kind when she wants, a week ago I called and she took the call as soon as I said "Good morning" she hung up on me. They should change their staff.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nunca esta la persona en el horario que corresponde, dos veces me tocó que salió a pagar la luz y por lo tanto cerraban. Eso si contar que todavía que no están en horario te contestan de súper mala gana.
Pésimo servicio

Ya van varias veces que voy y encuentro cerrado y las pocas veces que he ido la señora te atiende de mala gana, es grosera, te cobra de más y contando que no te da ticket, solo un papel. Deberían de cambiarla! Ya somos muchos que la reportamos.
Prefiero ir hasta la sucursal de Santa Anna (me queda a una hora) que ir a la sucursal de Zacatelco, que me queda a 10 minutos.?
Terrible service from the lady who attends. It's been several times that I go and find it closed and the few times I've gone the lady reluctantly attends you, she's rude, she overcharges you and telling you that she doesn't give you a ticket, just a piece of paper. They should change it! There are already many of us who report it.
I prefer to go to the Santa Anna branch (it's an hour away) than to go to the Zacatelco branch, which is 10 minutes away.?
