Les llamé reiteradamente al teléfono indicado en las imágenes y no me contestaron, así que decidí acudir al local, al llegar estaba cerrado y volví a llamar, me contestaron y dijeron que el local estaría cerrado una semana más (por el COVID-19) pero que tenían servicio a domicilio; me pidieron revisar su página de facebook y hacer mi pedido vía whats app...al preguntar por un arreglo con 6 globos y 1 peluche de alrededor de 20 cms me informaron que el costo era de $600 pero que me enviarían fotografías de los peluches que tenían en existencia, mismas que después de 3 semanas no he recibido...
Les puse 3 estrellas ya que, gracias a su poco interés en los clientes, encontré una magnifica tienda donde un arreglo de alrededor de 8 globos grandes, 6 globos medianos, 3 estrellas medianas, 10 globos pequeños y 1 número grande, me costó menos de $350 (la tienda de manualidades frente al kiosko, a unos pasos de la Parisina grande).
Respuesta al comentario de la tienda: No se me olvidó publicar nada. La persona que me contestó el teléfono me dijo que el peluche medía alrededor de 20 cms que ya no tenían el elefante y que iría a ver (supongo que a su bodega o local) qué peluches "pequeños" les quedaban, yo pregunté qué contenía el arreglo y me dijeron que únicamente eran los globos y el peluche, nunca comentaron que incluía una caja de chocolates o una flor, incluso le dije que quería algo sencillo porque lo usaría únicamente para una fotografía de un infante de 1 año...los globos son estampados ya de fábrica, no son metalizados, ni de figuras, ni de colores extravagantes y si no estuvieran inflados con helio ni siquiera los hubiera molestado.
Por las fotografías que tienen publicadas en facebook se observa que realizan un buen trabajo pero si no tienen una buena atención, los clientes buscarán otras tiendas para satisfacer sus requerimientos (generalmente buscando el mejor precio por el mismo producto, ¿o acaso usted compra sus insumos al proveedor que le cobra más?)
PD Hubiera sido más efectivo si sólo hubiera intentado explicarme y así, al saber que hubo un malentendido, yo hubiera modificado o borrado mi comentario, pero prefirió seguir con la falla en su sistema.

Response to store comment: I did not forget to post anything. The person who answered the phone told me that the stuffed animal was about 20 cms long that they no longer had the elephant and that he would go to see (I guess at his winery or shop) what "small" stuffed animals they had left, I asked what the elephant contained arrangement and they told me it was only the balloons and the teddy, they never commented that it included a box of chocolates or a flower, I even told them that I wanted something simple because I would only use it for a photograph of a 1 year old infant ... the balloons They are stamped from the factory, they are not metallic, neither with figures, nor with extravagant colors and if they weren't inflated with helium it wouldn't have bothered them.
From the photographs they have published on Facebook, it is observed that they do a good job but if they do not have good service, customers will look for other stores to meet their requirements (generally looking for the best price for the same product, or do you buy their supplies the provider that charges the most?)
PS It would have been more effective if he had only tried to explain myself and thus, knowing that there was a misunderstanding, I would have modified or deleted my comment, but he preferred to continue with the failure in his system.
