Taylor is a yoga teacher and Human Design reader living in Mexico. After experiencing the deep healing benefits of a regular yoga practice, it became her life purpose to share it with others. With over 7 years of professional teaching experience and 800+ hours of training in vinyasa, yin, pilates and meditation both in India and Australia, Taylors teaching style is intuitive, empowering and inclusive. Her spiritual journey led her to Human Design, and since discovering the system she has become dedicated to studying it and sharing its teachings.

You can expect uplifting and energizing vinyasa yoga and pilates classes, embodied movement and dance classes, breath-work, yin yoga and meditation. We call on astrology, mythology, tarot and the moon to inform and structure our classes and support what ever cosmic energies might be effecting us. We believe that music is a spiritual language and carefully curate playlists to take you on a vibrational journey. Our classes are authentic, honest, accessible and inclusive. No exaggeration, the duo that runs this beautiful studio is next level. They know how to host & foster beautiful yoga & wellness community events while cultivating lasting connections for locals and xpats alike. Taylor and Georgia truly foster and incredible energy for true connection to self and others, which is exactly what my soul was needing. My time at their event was magical beyond words. I will 1000% be going back to a Cosmic Serpent Studio event every time I am in CDMX! If you're in the area you have to visit their studio in Condesa, you won't regret it. These sisters have truly tapped into cultivating something special and beyond words! Yes yes yes yes. I'm already craving more.
