Had many problems of constant outages some short, and some very long like overnight or all day. Did not always give you the speed you're paying for. You can pay bill at BBVA ATM and take picture of receipt and email with account number for proof of payment

You pay for 120mb (LOL) and you get 30mb. 1,000 pesos internet only Installation took 3 weeks from time of contract. Technician brought wrong modem. I had to go back to the office because my speed was too low due to box mixup. New modem was JUST AS SLOW!! Came to office 5 days later to cancel and they said NO REFUND because no issues with service. AVOID AVOID AVOID Use IZZI instead 699 pesos for internet, telephone Digital TV ?

They promise 70MBPS and give you marginally over 20. The internet connection can be lost for hours at a time, and has even been for 2 days at one point. It cuts in and out frequently, and it's become commonplace to expect the HOME internet to be out of order for hours everyday. By far the worst company and product I have ever experienced in my life. Do not under any circumstance deal with this company. The product is poor, and they're so bad at delivering it that it's almost theft. Horrible.
