A place, comfortable and safe, is always well maintained and clean, the pool in excellent condition. Go all to visit it on Thursday afternoons.

The preserve is beautiful, what is disgusting is the administration, if you plan to buy and rent and you like to have envious neighbors and absurd rules ... welcome ?

good place to live

Very nice place to live. A lot of security (the neighbors can even leave our bicycles outside our houses, the children can spend it playing all day if they wanted in the internal park or in the pool - there will always be an adult to take a look at them-), good attention to areas greens, the pool and the meeting room. We have very close to hand the mini commercial center (with Oxxo, bakery, economic kitchen, Greengrocer-greengrocer-butcher-chicken shop, beauty salon and laundry), in addition to the external park with lake, ducks, basketball-fut court and pet park . With traffic -without any obtuse collision- in 30 minutes we are at the Expo. In times of heavy rains, the only part that is flooded is the one going down the Mariano Otero bridge over Periférico (but letting the time go by going to dinner or doing the grocery store, you don't suffer). The preserve has such a good slope that no part is flooded during the rainy season. We never lack water (except for rare exceptions for cleaning the well but it is very very rare). It has 3 exit routes to the City: through Santa Anita and López Mateos, through Guadalupe and the fastest and most direct through Mariano Otero. It is definitely one of the best places to live.
