Seems that the hotel is still under construction, also noisy.
Staff service is not good as expected.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hotel opened last month and it's very beautiful. It's very modern, clean, and the employees are nice and welcoming. The beds are comfortable and the room is spacious with a mini fridge included. The restroom has a great shower (no tub) and a hair dryer. The restaurant downstairs has good food as well. The service was a little slow but it also just opened so they may still be getting in the groove of things. The one thing that was a bit laggy was the key to ride the elevator to get up to your room. They have security outside and we felt very safe staying at this hotel.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very clean rooms. Friendly staff. Nice swimming pool and yakuzi pool. From my point of view good pricing. Little far from center but this I see as an advantage. Really nice nature just behid fence. Air conditioning and wifi works excelent. When I will be travelling here again I will stay same hotel.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst service ever!!! This hotel is being managed by the worst human beings imaginable. I highly recommend no one ever stay there because it is guaranteed you'll have a terrible time with how truly awful the management is!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I sometimes stop here to rest when passing thru SLP. It is just off the path of the toll road so it is easy to stop here and the stay is comfortable. Unfortunately, the price has increased somewhat bit it is still a pretty decent place to rest if you are on a road trip passing through and willing and able to pay more than typical (in Mexico) for a hotel stay.
