Cozumel - Av 25 Apartments - 77600 San Miguel de Cozumel

Miguel’s apartments were perfect for our group of 5. Brand new, stocked with all the essentials, always available when we had questions. The ac worked so well we had to turn it up at night. The WiFi was super fast. Great location, just a short walk to the main strip. We highly recommend the coffee bean, great coffee and food. He has bikes and a moped for use which made getting around so much easier. Highly recommend Miguel’s apartments!

LOVE THESE APARTMENTS!! Totally safe, pretty much everything you need. Pretty quiet for in town. I plan on coming back! LOTS of local food within a block or 2. FANTASTIC price for what I got. I usually stay at an ocean front hotel and I really liked this more, especially for the money. I highly recommend staying here!

My wife and I were fortunate enough to spend 2 months here. The stay was perfect in every aspect. The rooms are large, modern, exceptionally clean and face a beautiful garden area. There’s balcony and patio options for sitting outside and enjoying the view. Many rooms have full kitchen others have kitchenette with mini-fridge and toaster. I appreciated that all have free refillable 5 gallon drinking water garrafón. Smart TVs, comfortable beds and huge bathrooms/showers are the norm here. The quality of the accommodations is among the best we’ve experienced in Mexico. The location is excellent. The market with “food court”, fruits/veg, etc is only a few blocks away. There’s also an Oxxo mini-market, open 24 hours, for beer, snacks etc just a couple blocks away. Last but certainly not least, the local family that owns and operates the place are genuinely caring people. We enjoyed getting to know them and appreciated all the extra services and local knowledge they provided including the on-site cafe, for specialty coffee in the morning or pizza/drinks in the evening, diving/snorkel info, etc. we hope to visit Mario, Miguel and Emma again soon. We highly recommend staying here.. if you’re lucky enough to find availability! (As a side note, we went through Hurricane Zeta (October) here and although it was exciting, we felt completely safe given the solid construction of this place.)

I have been for m'y second Time in Cozumel and i absolutly rent There, after living here for 1 week the personnel are very friendly and gave me so many helpful informations, the rooms are very confortable, frigidaire and Utility, big tv and every thing is super clean, in m'y mind this is the best place on the Island regarding quality versus the Price, i also book m'y diving journey with DIVE WITH ME, Marie-Elaine is si professionnel and gave me also lots of informations for renting motorbike or car, if you come here for diving you Will not be disapointed on the appartment and the diving services, so Enjoy the place like i did ;)

Love the apartments! They are always very clean and modern. The courtyard is kept immaculate as is the entire complex. We always can't wait to return each time. All your questions and any concerns are always addressed immediately and each time I see Miquel, he always ask if everything is okay. He and his staff are just great. He, his staff and his apartments are simply the best. Can't wait until February 1st to get back to our "second home" as my wife and I call it. We highly recommend 25th Avenida apartments.

Very Clean accommodations. Emma was a very gracious host who answered all our initial inquiries. We miss Batman the cat! LoL

Absolutely amazing! I’ve stayed for a week and first of all, I have to say, the accommodation expected my expectations! ?❤️ The apartments are clean, modern & spacious! Everything was perfect. Walking distance to the center, many restaurants and shops nearby. Emma was very helpful and attentive prior & during the stay which I appreciated. There is also an option to rent a bike or organize diving trips. Highly recommended! I will come back soon!
