This is the most sympathic, super helpful and ultra responsive diving school on the whole island. Great value, awesome, funny and lovely instructors and the greatest thing about H20 Cozumel is that they do much more than just ticking boxes of a skill-list. Besides getting you qualified they furthermore get you on a real diving experience to explore as much marine life as you can on your PADI. Highly recommended for everyone who wants to come as a customer and leave as a friend :-)

5 Stars is not enough for Cozumel H20! We just wrapped up three fabulous days of diving with Cozumel H20 and it was amazing. Our travel group was able to dive by ourselves, thanks to being on the island before the busy season began. We had a wide range of skill levels in our group but Miguel & Loes (pronounced Luz) took care to make sure everyone had spectacular dives and while being safe. Both Miguel and Loes spoke excellent english, so we all knew the dive plan before we got to the site. Their skilled captain and fast boat got us to the locations quickly, so our precious vacation time was not wasted. The sea life we saw spoiled us for any future dives: turtles, spotted eagle rays, nurse sharks, eels, grouper, snapper, more turtles and more fish. Miguel skillfully lured a splendid toadfish (can only be seen in Cozumel) out out of its perch to say hello to us! He was also willing share his air with the new diver who ran low on air (me) to keep the dive going for everyone. This group is very hospitable and attentive to their customers. If you want the truly best dive in Cozumel, book with Cozumel H20!!

Regarding to the positive reviews on TripAdvisor, we choose H2O with high expectation to see the crystal clear water, colorful corals, turtles, and fishes. Although corals were not the main character on that day, but we met various sea animals. Miguel is so knowledgeable, and passionate about the ocean and surroundings. He is the best snorkeling guide I met!

Not sure if I have left a review before but we have used Cozumel H20 previously for 2 snorkel trips and now 2 scuba dive trips. Previously, we have only visited Cozumel as part of a cruise. We have found Cozumel to be the best scuba diving in the Caribean so we decided to fly in just for scuba diving with Cozumel H20. Miguel and Loes are the best. They treat you like family and really do a great job of making sure you enjoy the experience to the fullerst while keeping the highest level of safety. Look at the amount of positive good reviews they have. They tell the story. We are going back in 3 weeks to dive with them again and cant wait.

Had the pleasure of doing a snorkeling tour with Loes and Mike. Our family of 5 (kids ages 10-12) had a great time. The booking process was easy and the marina was a quick cab ride from the cruise ship terminal. We stopped at 5 places to snorkel, with breaks for water, which they provided, along with fruit and snacks. My kids gave two thumbs up to the snacks. Mike and Loes are so passionate about what they do. It was hard to not share in their enthusiasm and love of the ocean. Our tour lasted a little over 4 hours and had 8 guests total on the boat along with three crew. This was not a party boat if that’s what you’re looking for. I’d highly recommend this tour for anyone looking to get a lot of snorkeling time in at a variety of sites. Most of us are not very experienced or overly strong swimmers but we felt safe and looked after by the team. We look forward to visiting Cozumel again and diving or snorkeling with Loes and her crew.

My family and I had such a great snorkeling tour with this crew, they took us to 4 of the most beautiful reefs and while on the boat provided us with local fruits, breads, sodas and cookies for us to eat. It was a perfect experience. When we go to cozumel again we will definitely be back to visit this crew again. Thank you all so much for a memorable vacation.

We had absolutely amazing snorkeling in Cozumel lead by Loes! She is experienced diver who knows reef like no other - knows fish, where to go and what can be seen everywhere. She was patient and great with kids. We checked out 4 reefs and so SOOO much fish - was lime swimming in aquarium. She inspired us to come back and learn how to dive. The best experience ever - highly recommend!!!

WOW, just WOW! The 5 star reviews you have read to this point are all spot on. My wife and I were on a cruise with a day stop in Cozumel. I wanted so badly to have my wife try scuba diving. She had attempted before but fear and foot cramps kept her from going. I shared my concerns with Miguel and he said not to worry. He was right! He has a calmness and soothing voice about him that comforted my wife. It took a bit of patience but Miguel successfully got my wife to go underwater and discover the beautiful world beneath the surface. We did two intro dives and saw many fish, coral, lobster, ray, and sea life. Miguel never left my wife's side, the two of them diving arms interchanged. She was comfortable and at peace. My wife loved it so much we are planning on returning to Cozumel h2o to get her PADI certified along with our 16 year old daughter. If you have any doubt or fears of experiencing scuba diving, Miguel IS the person to over come those fears. Very professional and his company is operated with safety and professionalism in mind. Great introduction to the world of scuba. While I praised Miguel, I don't want to forget Eric our Captain. He safely took us to our dive spots and kept a watchful eye on our location as we drifted with the currents. He also prepared a light fruit and muffin snack between our dives. Thank you Eric for making this trip memorable. Thank you All who made out stop at Cozumel one of great memories. We will be back to get my wife and daughter certified and do a refresher for me.
