Cozumel Tours - 77600 San Miguel de Cozumel

We had a group of 4 and did a Jeep tour around the island and Carlos was our personal driver & tour guide. He was fabulous and we seen things and tasted things that we couldn't have gotten any other way! EXCELLENT

We were a part of the "deluxe" Mayan tour. Our tour guide was fantastic..when we finally found him. We had to take a ferry from Cozumel to Playa del Mar and meet at the Senor Frogs. It took several hours of digging to find that information. The electronic tickets never did download. I chatted with someone on the website and they could tell me about the tour but they could not give me any other information. I gleaned from reading other people's experiences that we should meet at Senor Frogs. After we took the ferry. It was our first trip to Cozumel and I would have preferred explicit directions on WHERE to meet and what TIME. Not just something I gleaned from other people writing on Trip Advisor. I think we were actually dealing with at least two companies, if not three. And none of them were Johann or Sandra that we could tell. One organization gave us a ride to the bus. Another organization operated the bus and then another group provided the tour guide. Excellent tour guide! I think we would have liked a bit more for breakfast beside a banana and a roll. And we definitely needed more than 60 minutes on our own at the Mayan site to see much more.

Great company to trust with your business. We had a timing issue with our cruise ship and they gracefully worked with us and refunded our money. Will definitely book with this company next time we are in the area. Johann and Sandra are good business people. Highly Recommended!!

We went scuba diving in Cozumel while stopped with our cruise ship. We choose to book excursions outside of the ship because we want to help boost the local economy as opposed to giving it to a corporation. The excursion was wonderful. My 10 year old son had a wonderful first time experience and that was due to the attention of the PADI. My husband and I are not certified and did a discover scuba dive in Bali....the experience was not the same in terms of what we saw but we enjoyed it much the same. The location of the dive is close to port, there is a pool/bar/restaurant right there if you have others in your group who just wanna lay in the sun. Such a great time!!

Great service! We used Cozumel Tours for our airport transfer. Unfortunately, we had a flight cancellation due to weather and could not get in until the next day. I called them and they were happy to reschedule us with no issues. Easy to find at the airport - quick and friendly service getting us our hotel.

Tour was great and the experience of driving the buggy was one not to forget. Would definitely recommend the tour to anyone visiting Cozumel.

Transfer was very smooth. It was easy to identify the correct person and she immediately took us over to get our ride. We were issued our return ticket the next day and he set us up with a couple fun adventures in between! Thanks for the great vacation help.

We had an amazing time with Arturo. He was all smiles and was a fantastic guide. We also had a lot of fun snorkeling with Isiah and Pork Chop. I’d highly recommend the ATV and snorkel to our friends.
