Cozumel Tours & Excursions By Flip - 77600 San Miguel de Cozumel

Incredible experience and a memorable time with flip tours when we booked a boat excursion to El Cielo. Cindy is an exceptional tour agent and I highly recommend her company to anyone traveling through Cozumel.

My friends and I reserved a turtle tour with cindy after meeting her at money bar. When we went to where we were supposed to meet at, a man named Lemuel said he had no record of us doing the turtle rescue and that we had to each pay $20 again. We paid again and tried to get our money back from Cindy but she has not returned it. Be aware of this person selling tours because I don't think she is authorized to do so.

Cindy did a great job getting us the tour we wanted. She was very helpful and addressed all my concerns and gave great tips. I'll be sure to check with her next time we're back.

We had a wonderful experience with Cindy! We tried to get the shark excursion through a couple different companies and it wasn’t working out, then ran into a woman living up the road from us that highly recommended going through this group. We called later in the evening and Cindy was able to get us confirmed for the excursion the next morning! We loved the guide and had a blast swimming with the sharks. Cindy checked on us throughout to make sure that all was well, from checking to make sure we got on the ferry there and back and also making sure that we had a wonderful experience. I can’t highly recommend this excursion group and Cindy enough!

Thoroughly enjoyed the Farm to Table experience. A working farm with fruit trees, chickens, and the friendliest cow in the world. The day starts with a nice homemade horchata and then a tour of the grounds with the very knowledgeable Carlos. Great descriptions of what's growing and how it's used. Then there is fresh coconut water prepared from his own trees followed by fresh coconut seasoned with lime, tajine, and salt. This was followed by drinks handmade with tequila and fresh citrus to enjoy. After that, Carlos teaches you to make Mexican and Mayan dishes, coaching you on how things should be done. Finally, homemade sopes on the outdoor grill with beans, chicken, cheese, lettuce and crema. All in all, a very relaxing and educational day. I'd certainly do it again.

Cindy, owner of Flip Tours, has been an incredible concierge to us while my family of 4 is visiting Cozumel. We have two small children, and she has provided an abundance of knowledge on how to best experience the island with the kids. She has helped us book a small-group evening sailing trip that was fantastic. She helped us arrange a rental car in Playa del Carmen. She gave us great restaurant recommendations that were catered to our needs. When the weather turned stormy from the Norte winds, she suggested areas that would be most sheltered from the wind. Cindy is well respected by the locals and an amazing resource for all things Cozumel. Thank you!!

Very relaxing day on a farm today in Cozumel. It’s called the Cozumel Farm to Table Experience. We booked it through Flip Concierge and Tours Cozumel. Carlos (who’s family owns and lives on the farm) took us for a walk around the farm accompanied by two dogs, a cow (Whose name is Estrella) and some chickens. He explained the various plant and tree life and what it is used for. After the tour he made us a couple of special drinks, and then gave us a cooking class. Then we had a relaxing meal. Carlos was a very friendly and gracious host.

What an amazing experience!! Everything was wonderful from booking to the actual tour itself. Cindy was super quick to respond and very helpful with any questions we had prior to the day. We were picked up on time at the meeting point by our guide Joaquin, who super friendly and very knowledgeable. As for the swim itself? I don’t even have words. It was incredible. The whale sharks are just amazing creatures and it felt like such an honor to even get a chance to be in the water with them. Everything was handled so professionally and felt completely safe (I was there with my husband and 7 year old son, we all swam and had no concerns) We saw numerous whale sharks, each had the opportunity to swim with them three times and Joaquin had an underwater camera to take some neat shots (still waiting for those to be uploaded, but I’m sure they’ll be awesome) On the way back we saw several dolphins and some green turtles. We were provided with drinks on the boat and then a delicious lunch at a beautiful bay before we returned the harbor. I 100% recommend this tour. It’s absolutely a once in a lifetime experience and I couldn’t have picked a better tour group for it!
