Cozumel Windseekers - Zona Hotelera Sur

After much research for a cruise tour for my group of 9 friends I’ve decided to go with this specific company and boy it did not disappoint. From the start; the care and attention given by the crew and specially Nelly which answered and gave me suggestions on all my questions was just spot on. On day of arrival we were met with with mimosas and a fruit platter as a welcome treat! Unfortunately where we wanted to sail had rough waters and decided to opt out and go with the captains recommendations. They made the absolute best of our trip from snorkeling in crystal blue waters to just laying on the water float that fits 8 people! Open bar, best food we have had in our short stay in Mexico, and great sound system we were able to enjoy this amazing catamaran to its fullest. My group went to Mexico for a company retreat and this catamaran tour stood among one of the biggest highlights for all of us.

Amazing Experience !!! We were celebrating 50th birthday and what an incredible experience. The boat is really nice but the staff is just amazing, this excursion was just unforgettable. From the beginning till the end our treatment was 5 stars. The crew was so caring and friendly, it made us feel so welcome. The snorkeling was fantastic and the care they have with guests that are not used to snorkeling was just phenomenal, I wish I could remember all their names because they were all fantastic, but Shelley was the one with us most of the time so her name was the one i remember. Even the captain came to celebrate his 50th birthday with us, we were 6 guest turning 50th. Anyone seeking to have a private boat experience in Cozumel, I would Highly recommend Sophia with Windseekers. You guys are amazing !!! Thank you for providing such a professional, fun and happy experience.

This trip and the crew were amazing! The boat was pristine. The crew was knowledgeable and experienced as well as hospitable. The snacks, drinks and lunch were very good. It was a great experience all around and I highly recommend.

This has been the most amazing experience ever. The crew for the Sophia has been an ABSOLUTELY amazing. Everyone on the crew has been so extremely nice, funny, and helpful. I can’t swim, but my party convinced me to go snorkeling. Obviously, I didn’t drown, so that should say a lot for the crew already haha! They have kept us safe, fed, and happy..which I can’t be more grateful for. Thank you so much!!

This is by far the most customized catamaran experience I've ever had. Personalized to a tee! We were on the Sophia. Amazing crew, captain, and staff. We were fed and spoiled with drinks galore. They even customized our stops and timing. They were FULLY stocked for everything. Absolutely amazing. Would give more stars if I could

5+ stars. An AMAZING day! Even though the weather was not the best thanks to Hurricane Agatha we had THE BEST time! The boat is gorgeous and the crew kept it well maintained. The food was perfect and the hospitality even better. The crew was all about what WE wanted to do and accommodated all our wishes. The food was plentiful and delicious. Basically, the crew was very attentive and seemed to be able to “read” us. They called us by name and at the end of the day we felt like we left friends. There was not one thing I could be critical of. If I could give more than 5 stars… absolutely would!

Incredible!!! The service was out of this world…. Shelley, Norman and David went above and beyond for us, our experience with them was the highlight of our trip. They provided delicious snacks and food throughout the day, and Norman made the perfect micheladas. Windseeker exceeded our expectations. HIGHLY recommend, can’t wait to do it again! 11/10 stars!

This was a once in a life time experience! The crew first off is fantastic. They worked so hard to make sure we were having a good time and were so accommodating. When we snorkeled I wasn't the most comfortable swimmer, but I still wanted to do try. They had a crew member stay with me to help tow me. They never let our drinks empty and the food was delicious. The boat itself was nice. We were a big group of about 15 and there were plenty of places to sit or lay down in the sun. Highly recommend!
