★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tienen un pésimo servicio y actitud. Nunca pueden hacer los trabajos al momento y parece que mandan a hacer las cosas fuera y las traen. No es una opción si necesitas las cosas al momento.
 They have a terrible service and attitude. They can never do the jobs at the moment and they seem to send things out and bring them. It is not an option if you need things at the moment.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mala atención al cliente. No me regresaron mi memoria, llame para preguntar si la tenían y me respondían haciendo el mínimo esfuerzo. Aparte una de las impresiones que hice estaba manchada.
Bad customer service. They did not return my memory, I called to ask if they had it and they responded with the minimum effort. Apart one of the prints I made was stained.

Fui a escanear varios documentos y cuando me atendieron me dijeron de mala gana que el precio de escanear 1 página era de $12 pesos. Me pareció muy caro y decidí buscar otra empresa en la misma zona. Como referencia, el mismo servicio tiene un precio de $2 pesos.
The customer service is terrible and the price is very high. I went to scan several documents and when they attended to me they told me reluctantly that the price of scanning 1 page was $ 12 pesos. I found it very expensive and I decided to look for another company in the same area. For reference, the same service is priced at $ 2 pesos.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent costumer service! I had a last minute urgent printing job to solve and arrived late afternoon. They help me out to edit and print all my needs timely and efficiently. Prices are very reasonable and the printing quality is digital. They are very knowledgeable and will make suggestions to provide the best look for your brochures or simply copies.
I sent all my pdf files through email. I even had some last minute business cards done with great results. Just bring your files or send them. Thanks again!!
