One star rating is for the place. Five stars for Mr. Antonio who attended me on Sunday, January 2. They never sent me the company's policies and halfway through Chloe's cremation Mr. Antonio tells me that the owner tells him that they will charge $125 per extra person who is in the place, that only 4 are allowed, and it is punctually indicated in his policies that they sent me 8 min before that painful moment for me and my daughters ended.
