Nos dijeron que estaban esperando desde las 11 am, y en realidad llegaron a las 2:30 pm al Registro Civil y no es la primera vez que llegan a lo último. Salimos hasta las 4:20 pm. El personal es amable pero no se vale que hagan esperar tanto a quienes acabamos de tener un pérdida. I do not recommend La Luz for transfers. They lie saying they are doing the paperwork at the Civil Registry, they said we would leave no later than 2pm. They told us that they had been waiting since 11 am, and actually they arrived at the Civil Registry at 2:30 pm and it is not the first time they have reached the last. We left until 4:20 pm. The staff are friendly but they don't wait that long for those of us who just had a loss.
