★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio, desde las secretarias hasta el que cambia el vidrio, trabajadores pésimos, te hacen dar muchísimas vuelta, te tardan como casi un mes, jamás te contestan y no hay nadie que pueda mejorar la calidad de esa empresa.
 Terrible service, from the secretaries to the one who changes the glass, terrible workers, they make you turn a lot, they take you almost a month, they never answer you and there is no one who can improve the quality of that company.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hay varias reseñas muy malas sobre este lugar y debo decir que no encontre alguna mala experiencia ni para mí ni para los clientes que estuvieron ahí cuando yo estuve. Inclusive tuve que cambiar mi cita porque no pude ir ese día y cuando marqué por teléfono me atendieron amable y con buena respuesta, hay que tomar en cuenta que es poco personal y están movidos haciendo atendiendo otros clientes o los mismos incidentes de los coches, el trato el sitio igual fue amable y correcto, el parabrisas que me cambiaron se ve bien y ya les notificaré si hay alguna falla en la instalación, de momento se ve bien. Gracias por la buena atención.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Te recomiendo que puedas asistir al lugar debido que solo hay una persona en atención de cliente y a la vez supervisando el lugar y dos personas en la instalación de vidrios. Ya es problema de la empresa porque no quieren contratar otra persona para auxiliar de atención de cliente. Es buen servicio porque fui hace una semana y tienen buen instaladores muy rápidos y eficientes.

It is already the company's problem because they do not want to hire another person to be a customer service assistant. It's good service because I went a week ago and they have good, very fast and efficient installers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La Srita. de la recepción es muy atenta y dispuesta, el detalle es que casi es imposible comunicarse con ellos vía telefónica, un verdadero problema. Ella busca hacer su mejor esfuerzo, pero por lo que veo no hay personal. Llevo semanas esperando un cristal y es la fecha en que no lo entregan y no recibo ninguna comunicación por parte de ellos. Tendré que reclamar a la aseguradora.
