★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Yo tengo una secadora de croc y me salio malisima, la tengo que cambiar cada 3 meses a mas tardar, y esta ultima vez llevo esperando la nueva secadora mas de 7 meses y nada, imposible comunicarse a la tienda de guadalajara, y cuando lo logro dicen que me van hablar y nunca se comunican, pesimo servicio.
I have a croc dryer and it came out really bad, I have to change it every 3 months at the latest, and this last time I've been waiting for the new dryer for more than 7 months and nothing, impossible to communicate to the Guadalajara store, and when I get it They say they will talk to me and they never communicate, terrible service.

I had bad experience regarding the repair of my iron, they did not give me mine it was diamond, I had to do several laps, nothing affordable, so do not take them to repair look on the other hand they replaced it with an infrared ... .?

Yo adquirí la plancha diamond en Liverpool y casi al año comencé a tener problemas con ella, después me enteré que sus productos no son originales, llevé a reparar mi plancha en octubre del 2018 y me dijeron que aproximadamente la tendrían en 1 mes. 10 meses después es hora y fecha que no me entregan mi plancha, he dado mil vueltas y siempre me inventan una excusa, hace poco me dijeron que la mejor opción era reponermela con una nueva, he estado marcando y nada que me contestan.
TERRIBLE SERVICE. I bought the diamond iron in Liverpool and almost a year I started having problems with it, after I learned that its products are not original, I took to repair my iron in October 2018 and they told me that they would have it in about 1 month. 10 months later it is time and date that they don't give me my iron, I have turned a thousand times and they always make up an excuse for me, recently they told me that the best option was to replace it with a new one, I have been marking and nothing to answer me.
