C	Cristina on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The room and staff was great. The only thing that did not meet my expectations was the laundry service. My jeans (2 pairs of jeans) did not smell clean. They smelled as if they were washed in dirty water. Otherwise, my stay was great.

You will find a receptionist and front desk staff is hat does everything to accommodate, an immaculately kept area in the public areas and the rooms, and a food service(and presentation) that is first class. Their breakfast buffet in the morning alone is worth the price of admission! Not only do you feel safe and comfortable, you are. The rooms are very clean, quite spacious, and very comfortable. With a very nice shopping mall right across the street the classy convenience continues with nice stores and other excellent choices for eating and dinner.

The music was very slow and tiring. The tv channel selections and TVs themselves in the rooms were not in good shape. One of the elevators was broken for over a week. The hotel was very clean and quiet. Overall I would recommend this hotel for a relaxing stay. The beds were the best part of the hotel, very comfy.
n	nim nim on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice hotel with large rooms and fairly comfortable beds. Service by all the staff is exceptional, everyone is helpful and always smiling. The restaurant in the hotel is quite good with a varied menu, and an awesome breakfast buffet. The one thing I didn't like was the occasional loud music that would bellow up from the lobby bar through the atrium and into the rooms...the live music was nice , but some nights it would go on a bit too late and make it difficult to sleep.

Best part, the restaurant. Ask for the fish or meat and you will not regret it. Front desk is always ready to help you. Not so cool, towels, they need to be renewed soon. Prices are low and general state of the acomodaciones are not so new. Location is quite and easy to grand access to near shopping and restaurants. Enjoy.
G	Greg on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The hotel is nice, the people are great, but refrigerators are needed in room (they put one in my room, but didn't keep things cold). If you put them in the rooms, then people will not need to go outside much during the Covid problem.
G	Greg on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Only bad thing about my stay is there is no refrigerator. I don't go out much due to working most of the day, so it would be great for them to at least give you an option to have one in your room. Other than that, it is a nice hotel with great employees.
