It’s a cruise ship terminal. Over priced shops. Walk thru and head out into the city. Place is clean.

Absolutely awesome port with lots to do. Good shopping and beautiful blue water. We walked down the road to the left when you get off the pier and found an awesome little beach bar / nightclub with food and drinks about 20 mins walk down the road called Hemingways. We will definitely be back.

Beautiful terminal, but a little confusing. Needs better signage. Cruise was amazing.

Nice cruise port. It is very easy to navigate the cruise part and you have a lot of shops and souvenir stalls as soon as you get off the ship. You will find plenty of places to hire a bike or a jeep right next to the port as soon as you cross the street. Be aware of scammers and people that don’t sell you insurance and will make you pay for any damage to the vehicle. Take into consideration those roads aren’t really bad

4-21-22 Terminal with room for two ships. Shorter pier that requires you to take a bridge over a main street and directly into a mall-like building. This will require you to walk past all the shops selling nonsense that you see everywhere. The layout is strategically setup to make sure tourists walk the entire mall and to some stairs going down onto the street. This is the only way out of the port. Expect to repeat the process to get back to the ship. You are basically downtown upon leaving the mall-like structure. The water is beautiful here and that's a plus worth mentioning. Aside from that, it's a cruise terminal.

As far a cruise ship terminals, this one is OK. When you leave the ship in the morning, you are forced through the shopping center area and can not get out unless you go to the back and take the stairs or escalator down from there. The escalator in the front is only to bring people up. However this flips and in the afternoon when you return, you can. It take that elevator in the front up, you must go again the the read of the shopping area and take the escalator or stair up and then walk through all the shops again. One time would have been enough. Cozumel is nice, a lot to do in port. The port itself, at least this one, is old, but down town and you can walk right over to the big supermarket to buy things like vanilla extract and liquor at local prices. Not exaggerate prices in the port. While the other ports are nicer and newer, I do appreciate this port for the location to down town.

Convenient parking, porters there to help with your luggage. Once in the terminal have your paperwork ready and the line moves swiftly

Good port with a nice setup even with 2 giant cruise Royal Caribbean ships on the same dock. Extremely easy to get on and off the boats and to find souvenirs and do a little shopping without even leaving the port area. The Señor Frogs and Margaritaville area were both turning a good business and seemed like a lot of fun when we were heading back on the ship.
