Super nice apartments, the location a bit far from the center but they are very good in terms of space, they have a pool and a lounge to host family gatherings

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fuimos a ver un departamento en renta, pero el fraccionamiento se ve muy descuidado en lo general. El personal de vigilancia es muy déspota y sin educación y buen trato al visitante.
We went to see an apartment for rent, but the subdivision looks very neglected in general. The security personnel is very despotic and without education and good treatment of the visitor.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lugar muy tranquilo en Cuautlancingo, parte de la zona conurbada de la Ciudad de Puebla. Esta conformada por casas y edificios de departamentos, cuenta con área común que es una palapa, alberca y área de juegos para niños. Hay vigilancia en el acceso. No sé qué tan fácil sea llegar al fraccionamiento en transporte público.....El detalle que veo es que tanto casas como edificios les hace falta un poco de mantenimiento exterior sobre todo se nota humedad y pintura descarapelada. Conocí los departamentos y aunque son pequeños tienen una buena distribución, son de 3 recámaras y cuentan con un baño.
Very quiet place in Cuautlancingo, part of the crowded area of the City of Puebla. It consists of houses and apartment buildings, has a common area that is a palapa, pool and playground for children. There is surveillance in the access. I don't know how easy it is to get to the subdivision by public transport ..... The detail I see is that both houses and buildings lack a little bit of exterior maintenance, especially humidity and peeling paint. I met the apartments and although they are small they have a good distribution, they are 3 bedrooms and have a bathroom.
