★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El señor que está en la recepción no sabe hacer cortes en V, nisiquiera las capas están definidas (ni se nota cuántas capas son, ni me preguntó cuántas capas quería) y definitivamente dejó solo un piquito diminuto que es lo que hace que el corte se vea masomenos. No dividió bien mi cabello y creo que ese fue el error y confiar en lo que decía que me iba mejor. Sentí que le explicaba bien lo que quería pero al final hizo lo que pudo. El demás personal se ve que hacen un mejor trabajo (por lo que vi que le hacían a los demás). Aunque son amables siento que no me tocó alguien que de verdad sabe hacer ese corte. El corte está en $215 así que está accesible. Deberia de haber mas sillas de espera porque solo hay 2 y un poco más de limpieza en cuanto a los cepillos y piso.
The gentleman at the reception desk does not know how to make cuts in V, not even the layers are defined (you can not tell how many layers they are, nor did he ask me how many layers he wanted) and he definitely left only a tiny little piquito which is what makes the cut see more. He did not divide my hair well and I think that was the mistake and to trust what he said was better for me. I felt that I explained to him what I wanted but in the end he did what he could. The other staff is seen to do a better job (from what I saw they did to others). Although they are kind, I feel that I did not touch someone who really knows how to make that cut. The cut is at $ 215 so it's accessible. There should be more waiting chairs because there are only 2 and a little more cleaning in terms of brushes and floor.

Fue muy amable y me explicó todo el proceso que iba a realizar, se tomó su tiempo para ayudarme a decidir los colores para mi cambio de look, me explico como sería el resultado en base a como llevaba mi cabello en ese momento (tenía tinte deslavado, un alaciado de hace 5 meses con crecimiento en raíz). Me mostró los probables colores que me quedarían y también como quedaría;en lo personal valoro mucho eso. El resultado me encantó y sin duda volveré a ir. Hay otras personas que también son muy buenas así que en base a mi experiencia y satisfacción si recomiendo el lugar en un 100%.
