★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Me parece excesivo el hecho de que te cobren un mínimo de tiempo de uso de computadora ($10) aunque solamente vayas a sacar impresiones que previamente se les envíe al correo electrónico.
It seems excessive to me that they charge you a minimum of computer use time ($ 10) even if you are only going to take impressions that are previously sent to email.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dice que horario de cierre es a las 11, llegue 8 minutos antes de las 10 y ya no tienen servicio que solo de lunes a viernes es ese horario, ademas apagan impresoras, deberian poner que no trabajan antes del cierre para no ir en vano, terrible servicio.
It says that closing time is at 11, arrive 8 minutes before 10 and they no longer have service that only from Monday to Friday is that time, also they turn off printers, they should say that they do not work before closing so as not to go in vain, terrible service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They would have received five stars if not for a technical problem with a PC which prevented me from completing my work, then not offering any discount because l didn't use it at all after ab hour of trying to get it to work. The positives. New PCs, clean restrooms, friendly efficient staff. Negatives. Street parking only, very steep steps to access business, crowded at times.
