Fantastic. 100% Recommended. These guys rock! I booked for the wrong date a week out, and the crew at Paddle Zone accommodated the 6 of us a week early. Rental and tour came with a lesson and 3+ hours paddling and snorkeling. Coffee was great, crew was fantastic- great energy, great people, great time, great knowledge, and fantastic tour. Not your typical stuffy tour. Really down to earth and fun people. Seems like this crew really loves what they do and have fun every day. It's contagious. They all spoke great English as well.

Would 100% recommend! We went with Felipe who was great! He took photos throughout that he emailed to us. Saw some fish and crabs while snorkling. Went through the caves on paddle boards. Keep in mind there are big waves and there is a distance to paddle over- ended up having to sit and paddle for half of it. Overall loved the experience & would do again!

Truly the best experience I could have had in PV. I work for a cruise line and activities as good as that are rarely on offer anywhere in the world. From the moment Filipe messaged me and then Kevin met me on the beach I knew it was going to be awesome but it blew my mind. Kevin was patient, an excellent teacher, and his passion for what he does shone through. He built my confidence, encouraged me and instantly made me feel at ease. And the tour itself… WOW! From the bioluminescence to paddling through a cave in darkness, to seeing my board light up, the sunrise, and the history, hearing about the local culture and seeing the wildlife and Mother Nature at her finest. As a first time paddle boarder I am now hooked and that is thanks to Kevin. He nailed it and I am so so grateful to him for being there to guide and teach me.

Overall had an awesome experience with Paddle Zone for the sunset paddle board/kayak! By far the best way to experience Los Arcos. The staff were friendly, they had nice facilities, and the snacks during and after were great. The trip out to Los Arcos was beautiful and the sunset was one of the best ever, a memory for a lifetime. A few things to note. 1. The paddle boarding can be rough if you have never done it on the ocean. I had only been on lakes before, the waves were rougher the day we went, and it definitely impacted my experience. 2. In my opinion, the bioluminescence was not worth staying out on the water an extra 1.5+ hours. 3. On our tour, there was a ton of just sitting on the water doing nothing. Probably 3 15-20 minute periods. Not sure if these were built in breaks (the pace was very resonible though) or if the rough water prevented us from seeing more of Los Arcos. Either way I wasn't a fan. 4. There wasn't a ton of direction on where we were going next or what to do. The instructors would go paddle boarding off on waves without any context. 5. Going back to the bioluminescence, you have to stay on the water until it is completely dark out, so it was pretty late when we got back to shore. There was a few people that went ahead (by this point the whole group was tired and wanted to get in) but we weren't allowed out of the water until one of the guides caught up.. All in all, it was still worth it. But I feel like it could be better orchestrated and the time cut in half for just sunset.

Had an amazing time kayaking and snorkeling Los Arcos with the crew from Paddle Zone who were professional, kind, funny and always made me feel safe. The company name and images in the brochure and website allude to only paddle boards, but you have the option to rent single or double person kayaks if SUPs aren’t your thing. They also sell floating, waterproof bags for your phone to make capturing memories safer. My only regret was that I didn’t take Dramamine before, as I did get a little seasick with the waves, but still an awesome trip that I’ll certainly do when I’m back in PV.

Our kayak trip with Paddle Zone from Mismaloya to Los Arcos national marine park was the highlight of our 10 day vacation - an unforgettable day! We called ahead to make a reservation, and were delighted to arrange for a private tour. Felipe spent time on land teaching us a basic kayaking refresher, and then we spent the next several hours paddling around the islands in awe. We never felt tired - Felipe did a nice job of pacing us and using the currents to our advantage. We circled through caves, saw several whales, and then snorkeled by the Roca Los Arcos. We saw manta rays and colorful fish. Felipe has a sheer joy for paddling that is infectious. He had thought of a lot of details that made our day sincerely special. Next time I travel to Puerto Vallarta I'll sign up for the bioluminescence trip - it sounds magical.

had the most amazing time on this experience. felipe was a wonderful guide. i did the standup paddle board. felipe kept an eye on me and gave me instruction as we went on. it was also my first time snorkelling and he was very good at guiding me through it. the three hours were very much enjoyed. i would highly recommend this tour. i felt very comfortable leaving my belongings under their care during the experience. after i hung out at their location and chatted and had lunch. the photos posted were taken by felipe and his go pro. i should have brought my own go pro as the paddle board had the base to attach it!!!

Originally found this place on Google while looking up paddle boarding in PV. They had good reviews and had availability on the day we were looking at. I'm so glad we found it as it was one of the best experiences we had on this trip. When I called to make reservations, they provided very detailed explanation on how to get to the place. Our taxi driver also called to confirm the location and they gave him specific instructions as well. When we got there, Pablo and Felipe (with an F ?) were nice, friendly, super great energy. None of us have ever gone paddle boarding before, so Felipe gave us a lesson on how to do it before we got in the water. Him and Pablo helped us get in the water and stayed with us until we were comfortable staying on our own. It was a beautiful day, and we had the best time. They were also kind enough to give us some amazing local recommendations for food and drinks. We learned that they offer some other amazing excursions, so next time we are in PV we will be visiting them again!! Highly recommended 10/10
