Sin embargo su dueño sucumbió a la piratería, te dejaban jugar y también te dejaban que tú llevarás tus propios juegos aunque fueran piratas, cómo podrán imaginar pues la juventud de esa época llevaba todo tipo de juegos y como no había restricciones pues todo fue felicidad por un tiempo.
Todo cambio cuando a inicios de 2006 hubo un operativo, llegaron elementos de la policía estatal, aseguraron el lugar y decomisaron las PC, seguramente alguien fue a correr la voz de que se jugaban juegos piratas y tal vez "morder un poco"... Digo... Hacer que la justicia prevalezca, estuvo cerrado por más de un año.
Los jóvenes encargados en estos primeros años, eran estudiantes de la V3-IPN.
