★ ★ ★ ★ ★ En general el servicio es bueno, atienden bien, tratan de hacer el trabajo, pero son muy malos con el tiempo, llevé mi scooter a parchar el martes, me dijeron que estaría el jueves, llame el jueves y me dijeron que el viernes, llamé el lunes y me dijeron que el martes, llamo hoy y me dicen que mas tarde. Lleva una semana ahí y no la han tocado, realmente deberían ser mas honestos, entiendo que tienen chamba, pero si ven que tienen 20 bicicletas pendientes no me digan que va a estar en 2 días, den una fecha donde no queden mal! Eso le quita profesionalismo. Saludos
In general the service is good, they serve well, they try to do the job, but they are very bad over time, I took my scooter to be patched on Tuesday, they told me I would be there on Thursday, call Thursday and they told me Friday, I called Monday and they told me Tuesday, I call today and they tell me later. It has been there for a week and they have not touched it, they really should be more honest, I understand that they have a job, but if you see that they have 20 pending bikes, do not tell me that it will be in 2 days, give a date where they do not look bad! Bad service since I sent a bike and they did nothing to it, they just put air in the tires and it was to adjust it

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atención buena, lleve a servicio a mi bicicleta y me sugirieron el servicio completo, según la limpian toda, le cambiaron los cables de los frenos, pero no me habían dicho del cassette que había que cambiarlo y bueno se supone que le deben lubricar partes, mi bici rechina. Al igual no recomiendo la marca Aphesis, compre mi rompevientos (no es nada económica) apenas tenía unos días y se rasgó la costura. ☹️
Attention good, take my bike to service and they suggested the complete service to me, as they clean it all, they changed the brake cables, but they had not told me about the cassette that it had to be changed and well they are supposed to lubricate parts, my bike squeaks. Like I don't recommend the Aphesis brand, I bought my windbreaker (it's not cheap at all) it was just a few days old and the seam tore. ☹️
