D	Don L on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A wonderful dining experience. I had not been to D'Cortés in several years, but I had great experiences in the past and wanted to share this place with a friend. The staff are pleasant and professional, the atmosphere is relaxed but refined, and the food is outstanding. The truffle mushroom soup is absolutely delicious. The pork belly was melt-in-your-mouth tender with lots of flavor. We will definitely return again and it won't be another two years.

This was only my third meal in PV… but it’s going to be hard to beat! Then… dessert! I had the banana caramel dessert… the texture was smooth and there was a delicious crumble that created the perfect flavor. Did I mention that the blueberries were covered in edible glitter?! Simply beautiful.

It’s a little off the beaten road but it adds to its uniqueness. This is a must-try for foodies in PV!
