Se descompuso la camioneta de regreso en nuestro viaje y ni quién contestara para dar una alternativa para todos quienes veníamos de regreso o auxiliarnos por parte de la agencia y cuando por fin contestan en oficina, una chica de nombre Lili, groserísima, sin nada de modales y atención al cliente... Además de no dar respuestas, cuelga el teléfono muy negligente e indignada... La camioneta suponemos que se quedó en espera de grua, ya que hasta después de 4 horas y dos paradas obligadas, llegó un transporte alternativo y nos trajo por fin a Morelia, ni una llamada de parte de nadie para el coordinador del grupo ni tampoco disculpas y mucho menos alternativa para darnos alimentos o preguntar si estábamos bien... Muy mala experiencia y cero recomendable. El viaje que en promedio sería de 4 a 5 hrs Ixtapa-Morelia , al final fue de casi 10 horas, el chófer en ningún momento nos quiso dar un número para soporte o atención desconozco el motivo, pero cuando por fin nos pudimos comunicar en la empresa, la señorita se deslindó totalmente y colgó el teléfono, posteriormente en otro número, un hombre contestó, quien supuestamente nos iba a apoyar para transportarnos al llegar a Morelia, sin embargo no fue así, al llegar a la ciudad no volvieron a contestar el teléfono. No recomiendo para nada que contraten sus servicios, no hay responsabilidad, atención, ni compromiso con sus clientes.
