Amazing communication through whatsapp.
The best prices from EVERY place i texted.
I texted them , and in 10 minutes i passed from their shop to take the scooter.
They hold your passport as everybody does while you have the scooter , but they are ok .
The couple that runs the scooter , more than polite and happy to answer all my questions .
Dont hesitate when you go there , just book your scooter with them !

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Francisco the owner is great, speaks fluently english and treats his customers very good. WhatsApps communication worked fine. The Scooters are new and in perfect condition.
AND it was the best price we did see in town yet. Close to the ADO Station, I can totally recommend this place.
The place is pretty new, so the picture of the front may change :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Highly recommend this service. The owner, Francisco, was very helpful, easy to communicate with over WhatsApp and very accommodating. Rented it for 4 days then was able to extend an extra day with very short notice. The only scooter company I'll be using whenever I visit Tulum.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Would definitely recommend Meeting Point Scooter Rental! Francisco, the owner, is an honest and hardworking man. He was able to rent us a scooter same-night during peak busy season in Tulum when the scooter we own went missing. The scooter was in perfect condition and he made sure we were comfortable with all the controls and had 2 helmets before we left. He speaks English and Spanish fluently and communicates easily over Whatsapp. His pricing is fair and he's located right next to the ADO terminal and the colectivos if you've just arrived in town.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Janitzio is superb. My partner and I highly recommend his scooter rental service. It is the best price in town. He dropped the scooter off at our hotel and picked it up several days later, exactly when he asked him to. We have ridden many scooters before and the one we rented from him was great; drives well, everything worked on it, and big enough for 2 taller humans. We didn’t have time to refill the tank before returning it to him and we were charged a very reasonable amount of pesos. Janitzio used to sell coconuts on the streets, and started his scooter business during Covid. He will go above and beyond for you, and it is easy to communicate with him in person (English or Spanish) and he is prompt with his responses on what’s app. 10/10 service, would highly recommend.
