★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They dont want to give me my deposit back. I was up all night to trying to handle the sitution. I should leave in 2hours and everybody’s acting likw they dont know where my money is. Please dont stay here if you dont want to have same problem because everything seemed fine when I arrived.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The WORST EXPERIENCE!!! I was living for 3 week in that building. And there were still problěs with wifi or electricity. BUT THE WORST thing happend now. I was trying to contact the owner all days to givw me deposit and check the aprtament for my leaving. But he is not responding me at all. So I left 2 hours ago and I didnt get my deposit back. And have no information about it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was living in Vicandy for almost 4 month. Good location if you have a bicycle, just near the nice beach and place for cheap breakfast. Apartment was new and clean. Dalila and Victor were very kind and friendly, helped me with all the questions.
The area 5th avenida near Paradisus is safe, I walked alone after 11 pm calmly and even at 2am once or twice. But I think its better to avoid 10th avenida at night)
Also there is no big supermarket around, but you can easily order delivery from Chedraui with Rappi.
And yes, I got my deposit back without any problems.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Love this place! Our apartment is brand new and equipped with all necessary things. Great owner and security on-site. Bicycles available. Location is also perfect. Very close to the center and 5 min walking to the perfect white sand beach.
