I find this place super kitch. And not in a good way. Clearly not run by Japanese, the tan tan men (ramen) was luke warm and presently poorly. This place isn't for foodies, rather to fill a hole. Though prices are expensive for the quality or lack there of.

Not bad, but still far from real ramen. I do not need to see the kitchen to know no Japanese was involved in this. The egg is hard boiled and not marinated. Real ramen use half-boiled eggs marinated in miso for 3 days. No chachu. Pasta are ok. Broth is between mediocre and passable. So i give a 2.

A very good place for breakfast and lunch. By the way, if you go to get breakfast you will get a very pleasant surprise. On my first visit, I thought: -Mexican breakfast on a Japanese place, really!? #everythingcanhappeninmexicocity -Well, in deed my friends... Try the tortilla soup (breakfast) it's AWESOME. If you go in the afternoon, then a Baby Squid and a Kaisen Ramen with thick udon will not fail! Almost forgot ... DO NOT leave without a handmade bread to go. #delicious IG: @thehangrychum

We walked in without a reservation and were seated straight away. The staff was attentive but not annoying. The food was good for Japanese food in Mexico City. The waterfall tables were funand amusing to watch, they also provided a nice sound. They take credit cards and our waiter even spoke some English to help out with our terrible Spanish.

Definitely not Japanese-owned. The yakisoba which is supposed to be dry, bright red, and flavorful was a soggy plate of noodles served in a chicken broth. Whether it admits it or not, this place is Mexican-Japanese fusion cuisine.

I stopped by at the restaurant after visiting the Frida museum. It is literally a double blocks away from the museum. The food was relatively good and there are so many selections to choose from. I had Nabeyaki Udon and kyoza, not something raw as I am still sick from food poisoning. When I'm not sick, I'd like to try different dishes.
