★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La persona que me atendió no fue tanto el disgusto pero para lo que pago por un helado de esta calidad esperaría más por su servicio, incluso al subir al piso de arriba apenas se había hecho la limpieza y nadie nos atendía, prácticamente tuvimos que acomodar nuestra propia mesa ya que nadie te da un buen servicio, como dije por el precio sería un pésimo servicio

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio, al parecer no tienen de capacitación, no hay un control de los pedidos, si pides varias cosas esperan a que este tu pedido completo y por lo mismo se empiezan a derretir lo primero que colocaron. Pedí un pastel y me tuvieron más de 30 minutos esperando hasta que pregunte que había pasado y no tenían ni idea sobre el pedido, cancele mi orden por que querían que me esperara otros 30 minutos para poder darme el pastel. Es una lástima que siendo una empresa grande tengan ese tipo de fallas.
Terrible service, apparently they do not have training, there is no control of orders, if you ask for several things they wait for your complete order and for the same reason the first thing they placed begins to melt. I ordered a cake and they kept me waiting for more than 30 minutes until I asked what happened and they had no idea about the order, I canceled my order because they wanted me to wait another 30 minutes so they could give me the cake. It is a pity that being a large company they have such failures.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Esta ubicado en una zona de muchos comercios y en un bulevar muy concurrido, hay que ingresar a un estacionamiento para tener acceso al negocio, tiene ventanilla para hacer compras con carro, te descuentan 15 minutos de estacionamiento con el ticket de compra.
Tiene variedad de productos malteadas, helados, pasteles, etc. Sus malteadas y sus helados son cremosos y dulces. Los costos a mi parecer son razonables. El estado del negocio es limpio, ordenado y su empleados son amables.
Algo a destacar es que no se permite fumar y no se permite el ingreso de mascotas.
It is located in an area with many shops and on a very busy boulevard, you have to enter a parking lot to access the business, it has a window to make purchases with a car, they discount 15 minutes of parking with the purchase ticket.
It has a variety of products, milkshakes, ice creams, cakes, etc. Their milkshakes and ice creams are creamy and sweet. The costs in my opinion are reasonable. The state of the business is clean, tidy and the employees are friendly.
Something to note is that smoking is not allowed and pets are not allowed.
