Day Light Salads un concepto de restaurante y fast food saludable, abre sus puertas en 2007 en el Estado de México, siguiendo las tendencias mundiales de alimentación, sana con productos naturales, nutritivos y saludables. La dinámica del restaurante es la preparación de ensaladas al gusto del comensal sobre una base de lechugas hidrópicas y una barra de ingredientes a escoger con más de 25 aderezos, algunos de ellos light. Actualmente contamos con 37 establecimientos en la Ciudad de México y Provincia.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ En lo personal me parece con muy buen sabor, buena opción para comer muy sanamente y elección. Porciones de las ensaladas muy buenas. No te quedas con hambre. Si acaso algo caras para una simple ensalada, más si comparamos el precio y porción con un restaurante o competencia directa, están muy bien por sabor y cantidad.
Personally, I think it has a very good flavor, a good option to eat very healthily and a choice. Servings of the salads very good. You are not left hungry. If anything expensive for a simple salad, more if we compare the price and portion with a restaurant or direct competition, they are very good for taste and quantity.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Definitivamente no vuelvo, el trato de una de las señoritas quien dijo llamarse Deniz, fue muy déspota, te atiende de malas, le preguntas algo y te dice pues lo que tengo ahí aparte de que todo azota y esta con su carota,la barra super vacía. Era mi lugar favorito para una Ensalda así que después de esto no vuelvo.
I will definitely not return, the treatment of one of the ladies who said her name was Deniz, was very despotic, she treats you badly, you ask her something and she tells you what I have there apart from the fact that everything hits and she is with her face, the super bar empty. It was my favorite place for an Ensalda so after this I won't go back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Impresionante que no puedan mandar una factura! Tengo más de un mes pidiendo mi factura y no han sido capaces de hacerlo.
Si no facturar preferiría que lo hicieran saber, antes de realizar la compra pregunté si facturaban y dijeron que si... por favor ahórrenle a los clientes la molestia.
Impressive that they cannot send an invoice! I have been asking for my invoice for more than a month and they have not been able to do it.
If they don't bill I would prefer they let you know, before making the purchase I asked if they billed and they said yes... please save customers the trouble.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No está en el food court (como aparece en las fotos) sino muy cerca de las escaleras que dan a Santander o Citibanamex. Prueben el Sushi Bowl, les queda delis. Buen precio, limpieza y atención. Hay un par de mesas para consumir afuera. El basurero se llena rápido.
It is not in the food court (as it appears in the photos) but very close to the stairs that lead to Santander or Citibanamex. Try the Sushi Bowl, you have delis left. Good price, cleanliness and attention. There are a couple of tables to consume outside. The dumpster fills up fast.
