Tuve pesima experiencia en el proceso ya que mas de una vez no escribían bien el nombre de la portada, no son muy profesionales en checar que todo salga bien y en orden. Uno pierde su tiempo en corregirlos mas de una vez en palabras cuando quedo escrito y claro desde el inicio. Hablar con ellos es hablar con la pared. Muy mal servicio y actitud especialmente del chavo que se llama Freddy que esta ahi ateniendo que apesar de sus mil errores aun te cobran y caro!
I had a book made for a wedding and I really do not recommend it, they are unprofessional when making the delivery. I had terrible experience in the process since more than once they did not write the name of the cover well, they are not very professional in checking that everything goes well and in order. You waste your time in correcting them more than once in words when it is written and clear from the beginning. Talking to them is talking to the wall. Very bad service and attitude especially from the guy called Freddy who is there attending that despite his thousand mistakes they still charge you and expensive!
