★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy mal servicio por parte de refacciones ,tengo un taller y me queda cerca pero no tienen piezas muy basicas o si las tienen pero no te las dan ya que mando a un trabajador y se las dan y voy yo y no la tienen,cuando te atienden en especial una chava con lentes morena te atiende después de revisar su celular ,o en ocasiones se ve que estan jugando y no te atienden. AHI PIERDEN CLIENTES

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Llevo 6 servicios con mi moto y la atención al cliente ha cambiado para mal. Tiempos de espera prolongados, falta de cordinación para dar información, cobro de comisión en pago con tarjeta, falta de refacciones. Espero el comentario pueda ser tomado en cuenta para mejorar.
I have had 6 services with my motorcycle and customer service has changed for the worse. Long waiting times, lack of coordination to provide information, commission charge for card payments, lack of spare parts. I hope the comment can be taken into account to improve.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio , desde diciembre a la fecha no me pueden realizar una garantía además de haber dejado la moto con tornillos flojos durante un servicio y la cadena se me cayó después del segundo servicio. No se hicieron responsables de la reclamación. Y señorita Guadalupe me dice que si gusto apretar los tornillos que ellos dejaron flojos en lugar de querer remediarlo. El responsable del taller después de la reclamación bien y después ni siquiera contesta los mensajes .
También vi como se les cayó una moto .además
Te recomiendo que busques otra opción.
