Me atendió la señora SONIA fue muy indiferente en su atención, pero hice la compra por qué los muebles me gustaron y son de buena calidad, el problema vino después. Me dijo que los muebles llegarían antes de la fecha mencionada y qué tenía qué estar atenta, yo hasta me metía a bañar con el celular para que no se pasara la llamada de entrega. Pasó la fecha de entrega y los muebles nunca llegaron. Fui a la tienda una semana después de la fecha citada, y me dijeron que la "señora" no había hecho el pedido y qué llegaría en una semana y fue así, en la fecha mencionada llego, pero sin espejo. Yo ya estaba muy enojada, cuando llegué a reclamar la "señora" dijo que ella había cometido un "pequeño" error y qué pues ni modo. Empezamos a discutir y me dijo que ella era una "señora mayor” y qué se había equivocado, qué yo la tenía qué respetar y qué un error lo comete cualquiera, y qué con mis reclamos, ni siquiera iba a disfrutar la comisión.
