★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tristemente mi caso es el mismo que varios descritos aquí. 70 días desde mi compra y no tienen certidumbre de entrega. Pésimo servicio al cliente, ningún seguimiento m y cero recomendable. Sería bueno hacer una denuncia colectiva a PROFECO para poder ya sea recuperar el dinero o exigir su entrega. Si no tienen capacidad de entrega, no cometan fraude financiándose con el dinero de una incauta como yo.
 Sadly my case is the same as several described here. 70 days from my purchase and there is no certainty of delivery. Terrible customer service, no follow-up and zero recommendable. It would be good to make a collective complaint to PROFECO in order to either recover the money or demand its delivery. If you don't have the ability to deliver, don't commit fraud by financing yourself with the money of an unsuspecting person like me.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El peor lugar para comprar muebles! De verdad ha sido la peor experiencia de compra que he tenido. Después de ir a ver el showroom de Santa Fe decidimos comprar una sala, para la cual pagamos extra para que fuera toda de madera Parota, recibimos una sala rota con acabados de cero calidad, de pino pintado en lugar de parota, los cojines tienen el relleno sin funda, acabados con grapas visibles. Nos quejamos y el director de la empresa de comprometió a mandarnos una sala nueva, se tardaron casi dos meses más que supuestamente estaban haciendo la sala nueva, vinieron por la vieja y quedaron el mismo día traer la nueva. Pero la "nueva" llego 5 días después y fue la sala vieja solo le pusieron otras patas, ahora si de parota pero fatal calidad con cortes en medio que se ve horrible, dejaron de contestar mis mensajes, un coraje que te vean la cara con mentiras. No caigan, es un fraude total de lo que ves expuesto a lo que te dan!!
The worst place to buy furniture! It really has been the worst shopping experience I have ever had. After going to see the Santa Fe showroom we decided to buy a room, for which we paid extra for it to be all Parota wood, we received a broken room with zero quality finishes, painted pine instead of parota, the cushions have the same unsheathed padding, finished with visible staples. We complained and the director of the company promised to send us a new room, it took almost two months more than supposedly they were building the new room, they came for the old one and arranged to bring the new one the same day. But the "new" arrived 5 days later and it was the old room, they only put other legs on it, now it is parota but fatal quality with cuts in the middle that looks horrible, they stopped answering my messages, a courage to see your face with lies. Do not fall, it is a total fraud of what you see exposed to what they give you !!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo Servicio, desde Agosto 2020 realice mi compra y no me han terminado de entregar mis muebles, la primera vez que entregaron fue un desastre, de mala calidad. Llegaron los muebles llenos de polvo y sin pasar por un proceso de calidad, se notó que solo los entregaron por entregar.
Dan un fecha de entrega y no la cumplen, me comunico con ellos y solo su respuesta es "lo vamos a checar y nos comunicamos contigo" cosa que no pasa, soy yo la que tiene que estarlos buscando para que me den informes, ya pedí mi reembolso y ni así se preocupan.
No la recomiendo en lo absoluto, los muebles sí tienen diseño pero el costo es elevado para la calidad que manejan.
Terrible Service, since August 2020 I have made my purchase and they have not finished delivering my furniture, the first time they delivered it was a disaster, of poor quality. The furniture arrived full of dust and without going through a quality process, it was noted that they were only delivered to be delivered.
They give a delivery date and they do not meet it, I contact them and only their answer is "we will check it and we will communicate with you" which does not happen, I am the one who has to be looking for them so that they give me reports, I already asked my refund and they don't even care.
I do not recommend it at all, the furniture does have design but the cost is high for the quality they handle.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Por favor no compren en esta tienda. Mi pedio fue un espejo y fue entregado después de 1 mes de la fecha acordada, llegó el espejo quebrado y no fue lo que esperaba, las medadas de los detalles, materiales y el color fueron diferentes. Pésimo servicio.
Please do not buy in this store. My order was a mirror and it was delivered after 1 month of the agreed date, the mirror arrived broken and it was not what I expected, the measurements of the details, materials and color were different. Terrible service.

(cuando inicalmente me dijeron 45-60 dias, luego que pague salen con que 70 dias y ya van 77 y nada). Llame, me dijeron que revisarina y me contactarian, y van 2 dias y nada......lamento mucho no tomar en cuneta las reviews de muhcos clients no satisfechos, me arrepiento de comprar en este almacen.
DO NOT BUY!!!!! I have been waiting for a response to my request for more than 77 days and I have not heard anything. (when they initially told me 45-60 days, after I pay they come out with 70 days and now it's 77 and nothing). I called, they told me they would review and they would contact me, and it's been 2 days and nothing...
