When I reached out via web chat, I spent a good 30 min chatting with Polly, who gave us fantastic feedback and things to consider which hadn’t crossed our mind, which we appreciated. Hi there, My husband and I just celebrated our 25th wedding anniversary in Cancun. Because it was only him and I, I wanted something very special, intimate, and memorable celebration. Omg Del Sol Photography is AMAZING! We had the great pleasure of working with Sol and her Team. They did Great! They where taking pictures everywhere. We also had the pleasure of working with Sol on our Welcome Dinner and she came prepared and Ready. On our Wedding Day as soon as they arrived that got straight to work. Del Sol Photography co-created and documented the most magical wedding ritual my husband and I could have imagined. Sol Tamargo helped us develop the ceremony, found the right cenote for us, and brought a Mayan shaman as we'd requested. Sol, Polly, Vanessa, and the rest of the crew were amazing. It was an adventure getting there as the coming hurricane caused our flight from Tuxtla Gutierrez to Cancun to be canceled, which we didn't learn about until we were at the airport trying to check in for our flight! We quickly found a flight on a different airline, and flew into Merida, driving down to Playa del Carmen from there instead. We weathered the storm in Valladolid, which although power was lost for the day, was not as bad as anticipated. The effort was well worth it. Our wedding day with Del Sol Photography was absolutely unforgettable. I can't wait until the photos come back, I'm sure they'll be as epic as the experience was!

When I began planning my destination Catholic wedding, I found the chapel of my dreams (Capilla de Guadalupe at Xcaret Park). As I continued to look through photos of said chapel, I stumbled across photos of it captured by DelSol Photography and was blown away by how beautiful they were. I then went on to look into DelSol, the website, social media accounts, reviews, and so on down the rabbithole ?. At that point, I knew immediately that I wanted Matt to photograph my wedding. You'd think that I would make sure I had a reception location before deciding on a photographer, but not in my case! I reached out to DelSol and had the quickest response time. Communication throughout was extremely open, continuous, professional, and fun! On the day of wedding, Matt and Polly both arrived at the ceremony location before I did ?. Throughout the entire day, they both continuously made sure to be aware of what was happening at what time, captured photos of guests, captured our personalities and essence so perfectly, as well as made the process so enjoyable. I received my photos and was BLOWN AWAY in teary eyes by how wonderful each and every photo is. They went above and beyond to get the perfect photos, candid and posed, and brought my vision to life with memories that were captured so beautifully through camera lens. Did I mention that they were both so so patient with my three children (1, 2, and 10 years old)? At no point did I ever feel pressured or uncomfortable by them, and actually, though I had never met them in person previously, it felt as if I was catching up with old friends who I hadn't seen in a while. HIGHLY, highly, highly recommend!

Del Sol photographed my daughter’s wedding in Akumal. Not only were the photographs of the event gorgeous, but Matt Adcock was a pleasure to work with before and during the wedding. I felt like another friend was with us at the wedding, a very talented friend. Matt and Sol’s photographs continue to bring us joy all these years later. Their work was worth every penny.

We couldn't have made a better decision than to choose del Sol Photography as our photographers for our wedding day (and engagement photos)! We were lucky enough to work with Sol and Polly for our engagement and wedding photos, and we could not be happier with the photos and service we received from them.
