The facilities are good, the staff is very good ... they should only have air conditioning ... there are many people and it is very hot and there is no adequate ventilation

Does anyone know how to make an appointment for a passport in Cancun? Or how are you doing now?
The website has not worked for weeks and the same on the phones do not respond.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Me agrada la atención otorgada, pero las instalaciones están rebasadas por el número de usuarios, el aire acondicionado funciona pero no se da abasto. Me parece un buen método el proporcionar una hoja de registro la cual cronometra el tiempo que duró el trámite desde tú recepción. La cita en línea es la más funcional ya que todo queda registrado en línea, por lo que es lo mas recomendable.
I like the attention given, but the facilities are exceeded by the number of users, the air conditioning works but is not supplied. It seems to me a good method to provide a registration form which timing the time that the procedure lasted from your reception. The online appointment is the most functional since everything is registered online, so it is recommended.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Really efficient. Passport was delivered 90 minutes after our appointment time. They managed us even though our Spanish is muy pequeto. It was like an assembly line where we wait for the next process/person to call us up. Waiting chairs are not comfortable and just enough AC so we are not sweating.
