Sabemos que acudir al dentista no es una de nuestras actividades favoritas.
Lo sé, tampoco era la mía. Cuando era niña mis padres me llevaron rutinariamente a mis citas de ortodoncia. Yo veía como mis dientes iban enderezándose al mismo tiempo que mi autoestima mejoraba.
En el momento que quitaron mis brackets supe que sería dentista, para dar a la gente la misma confianza y seguridad que me dieron mis dentistas en su momento.

Liliana Bueno me realizo la extraccion de mis muelas del juicio cuando ella no es maxilofacial, derivado de ello y del desgarre excesivo de mis encías corto un nervio y perdi la sensibilidad de la mitad de mi lengua, a 1 año de la cirugia y de darme largas de que sanaria estoy en la misma condicion, ahora tuve la atencion de otro medico y me comento que jamas volvere a tener sensibilidad y que una denuncia no procede por que firme un consentimiento antes de la cirugía... Garanticen que en cada cosa que tienen los atienda un especialista por que me han desgraciado de por vida y no pude legalmente ya hacer nada, siendo esto poco etico y profesional.

Sin embrago después de pagar 600 pesos por mis dos limpiezas, acudo el 5 de marzo a mi rutina de limpieza y me cobraron 850 ... se me hizo considerable que en 6 meses subieran 200 pesos más por el tema de pandemia que subieron los insumos de higiene
Pero del 5 de marzo del 2021 al 17 de julio del 2021 subieron 500 pesos en menos de 4 meses ?
Lo cual se me hace un robo
Vengo desde polanco acá con ustedes por que me encanta su trabajo y sus precios que se me hacían adecuados a su calidad
Pero se me hace excesivo el subir 500 pesos en menos de 4 meses
Han perdido un cliente y seguramente a todos los que he recomendado

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El proceso con las aseguradoras lo realizan muy rápido. Había sentido un trato un poco rudo con un par de doctoras pero la última vez la dra. Quetzalli me atendió con mucha paciencia y asegurándose de que no tuviera dolor durante el procedimiento!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Acudí por segunda vez (2020) para que me indicaran cuál era el tratamiento ideal ya que mis colmillos chocaban bastante y de pronto sentía mucha movilidad en el superior. Me dijeron que necesitaba ortodoncia y me pasaron con otro dentista que arreglaría todas mis caries.
El segundo dentista me comento que necesitaba una endodoncia y decidí realizarla; me transfirieron con la endodoncista, realizó su trabajo de maravilla y una vez que me regresó con el segundo dentista, y por un comentario que hice sobre lo de ortodoncia me comentan qué tal vez necesitaría una extracción para el tratamiento de ortodoncia y que probablemente retirarían los primeros molares (justo el diente en el que me habían hecho la endodoncia).
Me molestó por que el dentista ni siquiera sabía mi plan de tratamiento y me hicieron pagar tratamientos que se pudieron evitar si hubieran tenido más organización.
En 2021 regresé pensando en mi primer cita y dando una segunda oportunidad a la clínica, por un dolor que no sabía muy bien de dónde procedía y se irradiaba a la articulación. En la consulta me revisaron y me dijeron, entre otras cosas, que el diente iba para extracción por qué mi raíz era muy pequeña y en esas condiciones hacer endodoncia y colocar corona no funcionaría; al final la única solución en ese espacio era colocar una prótesis. Me puso muy inquieta pensar en perder mi diente y el gasto que significaba eso.
Acudí con otro dentista que me recomendaron y me volvió a tomar radiografías, realizó la endodoncia y resultó que mi raíz no era enana. Pero eso se veía desde la radiografía tomándola con buena angulación. La extracción ni siquiera debió ser sugerida.
No recomendaría dental bueno porque considero que lejos de intentar arreglar tu problema, buscan venderte tratamientos costosos e innecesarios, aunque considero que hay algunos buenos elementos trabajando ahí, como la endodoncista.
Ojalá mi comentario les sirva y salven sus dientitos.

The second dentist told me that I needed a root canal and I decided to do it; I was transferred to the endodontist, she did her job wonderfully and once I got back to the second dentist, and from a comment I made about orthodontics they told me that maybe I would need an extraction for orthodontic treatment and that they would probably remove the first molars (just the tooth on which I had a root canal).
It bothered me that the dentist didn't even know my treatment plan and they made me pay for treatments that could be avoided if they had more organization.
In 2021 I returned thinking about my first appointment and giving a second chance to the clinic, due to a pain that I did not know very well where it came from and radiated to the joint. In the consultation they reviewed me and told me, among other things, that the tooth was going to be extracted because my root was very small and in those conditions doing endodontics and placing a crown would not work; in the end, the only solution in that space was to place a prosthesis. It made me very uneasy to think about losing my tooth and the expense that would mean.
I went to another dentist who was recommended to me and he took X-rays again, performed the root canal and it turned out that my root was not dwarf. But that could be seen from the X-ray taking it with good angulation. Extraction shouldn't even have been suggested.
I would not recommend good dental because I consider that far from trying to fix your problem, they seek to sell you expensive and unnecessary treatments, although I consider that there are some good elements working there, such as the endodontist.
