Dr Ricardo was accommodating and very professional, make sure things were done right. He explained every procedure and in the end did a very good job. I’m going back in a couple months to have some additional work done.

I went for a consultation with Dr Ricardo Cervantes and can give him my best recommendations. He has the knowledge about how the health of the teeth has an influence on the entire body. He speaks great English.

I have consulted Dr Ricardo Cervantes due to heavy pain at right side upper teeth. Before going to meet Dr, I pinged him around 9pm in WhatsApp due to heavy pain started around 7:30 to 8:00pm. I don't know which dentist is good at Guadalajara because I recently came here from India. Without getting irritated like other doctors he suggested the medicines for short term pain relief. And also after meeting the doctor at clinic, He explained me very clearly the problem of the teeth and the impact. He done his job very excellent manner. Moreover I didn't feel very difficulty to speak with him because he speaks English very fluently. I would recomend this Doctor for everyone who is struggling with toothache or pains.

Dr. Cervantes is a former President of the Dental Society (2014-15) in Guadalajara and is highly respected for his expertise in dental implants, crowns, and all cosmetic dental procedures, AND, he speaks English as he also practiced his dental career in Texas! My friends here in Guadalajara highly recommended Dr. Cervantes and his professional team to me, and he has personally given me the ultimate care and fine, excellent service in several procedures, i.e. crowns, fillings, teeth cleaning, and enlays!! I have also saved so much money as compared to the dental costs in the US! I can’t say enough about his extreme attention to detail, explanation of procedures, and super/light, gentle treatment during every procedure! All of this is done in his beautiful, contemporary office overlooking a relaxing garden with a serene Buddha water fountain and lovely plants cascading down the patio wall!

The Dr. Did a reasonable job. The issue that I have is their dislikes for gringos which shows up at inopportune times: The receptionist loves to waste your time both when you arrive and during the payment process: She asks a lot of questions (supposedly to establish my identity) even though they have an intercom-camera. And she does an exceedingly lengthy and unusual checking of the money. I mentioned that she complicates things unnecessarily, the Dr. then became aggressive: I think that whatever body building supplements that he must be taking is rendering him unstable.

I had the pleasure of working with Dr. Ricardo who performed my buccal fat removal, double chin lipo and Dr. Karina took really good care of my teeth cleaning and my root canal as well. They went above and beyond there job description. Both Dr.’s are extremely professional, knowledgeable and are extremely helpful. I would highly recommend both their work. I loved their work so much I brought my mom for her veneers and implants exceptional work as always. Highly recommend to anyone looking for quality work. 10 out of 10.

My husband and I travel from the United States to Guadalajara to see Dr. Cervantes at Dentauro for our dental needs. He, and everyone involved with his practice, are incredibly professional and kind. Our Spanish is no bueno but Dr. Cervantes speaks perfect English so there is no language barrier for English speakers. The prices are very reasonable and the dental work is high quality. His office is very clean and hygienic. I highly recommend Dentauro.
