Los ODONTOLOGOS son buenos, pero el personal " administrativo" es PÉSIMO. ASISTÍ A MI CITA MENSUAL Y ME ENTETO QUE MI TRATAMIENTO QUEDO SUSPENDIDO, PORQUE EN SU SISTEMA DE COBRANZA, DETECTARON QUE EN SEPTIEMBRE DE 2017, NO COBRATON LA MENSUALIDAD CORRESPONDIENTE; ESTAMOS EN MARZO 2018 ( HAN PASADO SEIS MESES ). EL PROBLEMA NO ES PAGAR. EL PROBLEMA ES QUE RE SUSPENDEN EL TRATAMIENTO COMO SI SUS PÉSIMO SISTEMA DE COBRANZA FUERA RESPONSABILIDAD DEL CLIENTE. A ÉSTO SE SUMA SU PÉSIMA CAPACIDAD DE GESTION ( LA "directora" fue inepta y arbitraria). Conclusión: la salud bucal del paciente no importa y es víctima de su pésima administración.

I ATTENDED MY MONTHLY APPOINTMENT AND I UNDERSTAND THAT MY TREATMENT WAS SUSPENDED, BECAUSE IN THEIR COLLECTION SYSTEM, THEY DETECTED THAT IN SEPTEMBER 2017, THEY DID NOT CHARGE THE CORRESPONDING MONTHLY; WE ARE IN MARCH 2018 (SIX MONTHS HAVE PASSED). THE PROBLEM IS NOT PAYING. THE PROBLEM IS THAT THEY SUSPEND THE TREATMENT AS IF THEIR LOW COLLECTION SYSTEM WAS THE CUSTOMER'S RESPONSIBILITY. TO THIS IS ADDED ITS LOUSY MANAGEMENT CAPACITY (THE "director" was inept and arbitrary). Conclusion: the oral health of the patient does not matter and he is a victim of its lousy administration.

el servicio es pésimo, no cumplen con lo que dicen y aparte llevo tratamiento de brackets en el que supuestamente terminaria a mas tardar año y medio ya que mi problema no era tan severo y ya van para dos años y sigo igual, no te dan la atención necesaria y desde febrero no me han dado respuesta ya que ante esta problemática ni siquiera han informado nada y he tratado de comunicarme y nadie me responde.

La atención siempre fue buena por parte del personal, pero desde Marzo cerraron clínicas por la pandemia y hace aproximadamente dos meses cerraron definitivamente la sucursal de Mundo E, sin decirle nada a los pacientes, marque a atención al cliente (por una hora hasta que me contestaron) y ellos sólo lo negaban, diciendo que algunas sucursales sólo las estaban remodelando.... (ya han cerrado varias y siguen sin decir nada) su excusa es que están buscando implementar medidas de sanidad, pero la realidad es que ya no abrirán (se rumora que ya están en quiebra y que ya no le pagan a los empleados) el problema es que siguen cobrando a todos los pacientes, no contestan ya ni teléfonos ni correos, he buscado cancelar el contrato y no recibo respuesta de nadie, sólo siguen robando a las personas, tremendo fraude que logro esta empresa... sí llegan a abrir alguna sucursal (que dudo) no vayan!

Servicio increíble y eficiente! Muy pacientes, incluso cuando he tenido que reagendar programan mis citas incuso el mismo día, muy satisfecha con mi tratamiento, la competencia y la atención brindada. Lo recomiendo ampliamente!

Lo peor que me pudo pasar fue llegar a este establecimiento, llegué con un problema en especifico: se me partió un diente que no tenía corona, luego de muchos años de una endodoncia , bueno el caso es que llegué me atendieron y me dieron un presupuesto muy bueno incluyendo otros servicios que necesitaba, hasta ahí todo perfecto. Lamentablemente cometí el enorme error de confiar en ellos y les firme una autorización de cobro de mi cuenta corriente, que poco tiempo después descubrí que junto con la autorización, venía (en otro formato que mi computadora no puede abrir) UN PAGARÉ por el monto total de la cotización, osea Corona, limpieza, sellar 3 dientes, extracción de dos dientes. Lo peor vino cuando empecé a asistir con ellos, sus dentistas son malos me atendió uno que olía muy mal, la boca le olía por encima del cubre boca,aggg ni les cuento. El detalle es que, (con todo y lo apestoso) me pusieron un diente temporal que no sirvió ni un día (la primera vez) dije "ok sin problema me quedo sin el diente, me lastima, esta muy alto y la mandíbula" pero fui a mi cita y le dije "sabes que no quedó y no quiero que me coloques nuevamente porque me da un poco de asco" pues el muy dueño de la situación lo sopleteo con aire y me lo colocó en contra de mi voluntad. pues al 2do día nuevamente se me cayo el diente. A mi siguiente cita solicité hablar con la "DIRECTORA", exclusivamente para decirle que quería cancelar el servicio una vez acabará solo la corona, porque no estaba contenta y pues me salió con que no se podía porque le tenía que autorizar su corporativo, osea un servicio que no se había realizado, que faltaba meses para que se realice :/ Mi molestia fue más grande cuando, le dije que me cambien de doctor y me contesto que el apestoso era su especialista. ok, "directora" voy a continuar con el plan pero no te voy a pagar el diente que no me sirvió para absolutamente nada, que fue lo que me contesto, QUE LE HICIERA COMO QUISIERA, YO IBA A PAGAR EL DIENTE. Deje de ir y bloqueé mi cuenta de ahorro para que no continuen descontando un servicio que no me brindaron, PORQUE TAMPOCO ME VOLVIERON A LLAMAR PARA AGENDAR CITA, Y PUES QUE CREEN AHORA QUIEREN HACER EFECTIVO EL PAGARÉ OCULTO, SIN BRINDARME EL SERVICIO. NO SE DEJEN ENGAÑAR COMO YO, (SI FUI MUY TONTA AL NO VERIFICAR BIEN QUE ESTABA FIRMANDO, NO HAY JUSTIFICACIÓN) LLEGUE CON UNA URGENCIA Y AHORA ESTOY METIDA EN UN LÍO. La Directora, tiene muy poca capacidad de resolver una queja de un cliente insatisfecho con su servicio, pero para que vendan los paquetes si son muy bueno.

Si estas considerando comenzar tu tratamiento con ellos, mi recomendación es NO lo hagas, nunca tienen espacio para las citas, tienen tiempos de espara de mas de una hora, aunque la Doctora que atendió es buena, sus procesos administrativos son lo peor. Esta es una opcion demasiado problematica.

Mi experiencia ha sido bastante mala en Dentimex Mundo E. Primero la Srita recepcionista era muy grosera , me duplicaba citas confundía los horarios y hasta me programaba dos citas el mismo día, creo que no sabe llevar una agenda. Si llegaba minutos después de la cita, me agendaban otra cita, pero si llegaba 10 o 15 minutos antes, esperaba hasta media hora para pasar con el médico. Además sus precios son bastante altos, me hicieron una prótesis mal y desde el primer día le dije a la Dra. que no me sentía agusto ya que la sentía muy grande, dijo que no podía hacer nada ya que no le autorizaba hacer otra. Así llego la pandemia y me quedé con mi problema, NO terminaron mi tratamiento los 38.000 pesos que me cobraron YA LOS PAGUÉ.
