I HAVE TALKED MANY TIMES, IT IS ALWAYS CLOSED. IT IS PRACTICALLY IMPOSSIBLE TO CONTACT THE PHONE INDICATED. SORRY FOR THE DENTIST WHO DID MY CLEANING, SHE WAS VERY ATTENTIVE AND VERY PROFESSIONAL.

Pagué mi limpieza dental en línea para una cita el 8 de enero de 2022 a las 10 am. Cuando fui al lugar, la oficina estaba cerrada. Envié un correo electrónico varias veces pidiendo un reembolso y no recibí respuesta.

I paid for my dental cleaning online for an appointment on January 8, 2022 at 10am. When I went to the place, the office was closed. I emailed several times asking for a refund and received no response.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La atención del Dr. Carlos fue excelente. Te realiza historia clínica, protocolo COVID y revisión de cuello y quijada, además de dientes y encías obviamente. Respondió todas mis dudas y la limpieza realizada fue excelente y justo lo que necesitaba. En sí la clínica es un lugar sencillo sin lujos pero para mi como estudiante el sistema de reserva y los costos son excelentes. Ya dependerá de cada quién si es el lugar adecuado para su caso y necesidades. Adicionalmente, me llamaron 2 días antes para confirmar mi cita y no tuve ningún problema.
Dr. Carlos' care was excellent. He performs your medical history, COVID protocol and neck and jaw review, in addition to teeth and gums obviously. He answered all my questions and the cleaning done was excellent and just what I needed. The clinic itself is a simple place without luxuries, but for me as a student the reservation system and the costs are excellent. It will depend on each person if it is the right place for their case and needs. Additionally, they called me 2 days before to confirm my appointment and I had no problem.
