★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Los cuartos estaban limpios, al principio el servicio estaba muy bien pero al final no se presentó ni para regresar la credencial de mi mamá, no contestaba llamadas y ya no contestó el chat, ya pasó tiempo y se quedó con la credencial. Nos quedamos con mal sabor de boca con el servicio. Muy desatendidos.
The rooms were clean, at first the service was very good but in the end she didn't even show up to return my mother's credential, she didn't answer calls and she no longer answered the chat, time passed and she kept the credential. We were left with a bad taste in our mouths with the service. Very unattended.
