★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Una experiencia agradable. La habitación es amplia y cuenta con todo lo que puedas necesitar durante tu estadía. Detalles, detalles, detalles. Te sientes como en casa, de hecho mejor que en mi propia casa jaja. La cama es cómoda, el cuarto es silencioso para descansar, tiene aire acondicionado y ventilador, además de estar bien iluminado. El estilo rústico y los colores del edificio te hacen vivir la verdadera experiencia mexicana en playa del Carmen.
 A pleasant experience. The room is spacious and has everything you might need during your stay. Details, details, details. You feel at home, actually better than in my own home haha. The bed is comfortable, the room is quiet to rest, it has air conditioning and a fan, as well as being well lit. The rustic style and the colors of the building make you live the true Mexican experience in Playa del Carmen.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Очень удобное расположение аппартаментов.Рядом в 3х и 5ти минутах соответственно находятся гипермаркеты МЕГА И ВОЛМАРТ, продукты,товары и сувениры. Очень тихо по вечерам .Вокруг много каые и ресторанов.До моря идти 8-10 минут. По аппартаментам все нормально, но хорошо бы поставить обеденный стол вместо очень маленького столика.Хозяин очень добродушный.Единственное, в душевой очень часто слабый напор воды, хотя наверное это проблема в Плайя дель Кармен в целом
Very convenient location of the apartments. Nearby in 3 and 5 minutes, respectively, there are hypermarkets MEGA and VOLMART, groceries, goods and souvenirs. Very quiet in the evenings. There are many restaurants and restaurants around. Walk 8-10 minutes from the sea. Everything is fine in the apartments, but it would be nice to put a dining table instead of a very small table. The owner is very good-natured. The only thing is that there is very often a weak water pressure in the shower, although this is probably a problem in Playa del Carmen as a whole

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The house is in a very good location, it is close to everything you may need during your stay in Playa. Very nice laudry shop is just around the corner. The owners of the K&B are really nice and helpful. We loved our stay!
Be careful in the bathroom, the floor is slippery when wet!

Very close to the 5th avenue and ADO Station. No noise!
The owners are very nice and welcoming. Highly recommended!
