★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Esta bien el lufar para hospedarse, pero hay que caminar unos metros del estacionamiento hacia a dentro, pero esta medio rarito... El lugar esta bonito, tienen todos los servicios, la chica que atiende es amable. Esta bien ubicado!
 Lufar is fine to stay, but you have to walk a few meters from the parking lot inside, but it's kind of weird ... The place is nice, they have all the services, the girl who attends is friendly. It is well located!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Yo no tenía mucha idea de dónde ir fuera de la zona hotelera me dijeron que cerca del mercado 28 pero este alojamiento está dentro de un barrio típico mexicano donde el acceso en auto es imposible el taxi te puede dejar a 300 m y tenés que recorrer con las valijas por veredas totalmente destruidas hasta llegar al lugar la conexión WiFi horrenda y la limpieza del lugar deja bastante que desear eso si la atención de Alicia la encargada fue muy buena por mi parte no lo recomiendo
I did not have much idea of where to go outside the hotel zone they told me that near the 28 market but this lodging is inside a typical Mexican neighborhood where the access by car is impossible the taxi can leave you at 300 m and you have to travel with the bags by paths totally destroyed to reach the place the horrific WiFi connection and cleanliness of the place leaves much to be desired if the attention of Alicia the person in charge was very good on my part I do not recommend it

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mal mal mal, nunca contestaron para entregarnos el lugar, estuvimos 1 hora esperando afuera y créanme que no es muy agradable el lugar donde se encuentra, si llegan a reservar es sobre su propio riesgo, pero todo estuvo horrible, muy mala experiencia!!
Badly bad, they never answered to give us the place, we were waiting for 1 hour outside and believe me it is not very nice where you are, if you book it is at your own risk, but everything was horrible, very bad experience !!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Estimados Capdaviel pésimo servicio yo iba con César y en efecto ustedes contestaron pero como 2 hrs después les parece bien dejar a sus huéspedes en la calle con sus maletas y ustedes no atender ninguna llamada hasta que se les dé su gana? Definitivamente pésimo servicio al final pues que más da ustedes ganan nosotros perdemos x que ya estaba pagado.
Esteemed Capdaviel terrible service I went with Cesar and in effect you answered but as 2 hrs later it seems good to leave your guests on the street with your bags and you do not answer any call until you give them your win? Definitely terrible service at the end because what more you give us win we lose x that was already paid.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Siamo arrivati con il transfer. L'autista è sceso per andare a cercare questo alloggio nascosto in un vicolo dove non si poteva accedere In auto. È tornato dicendo che l indirizzo era sbagliato che quello era l indirizzo dell officina ma l alloggio dove dovevamo andare era un altro. Ci siamo ritrovate in un altro alloggio molto lontano dal centro e quando abbiamo reclamato ci è stato detto che la responsabile aveva parlato con noi e noi eravamo daccordo con il cambio alloggio. Che siamo arrivate in ritardo per questo
L avevano già data ad altri e che ci hanno pure fatto un piacere a sistemarsi altrove e non lasciarci per strada .... Tutto falso. Mai visto la signora. Mai parlato con nessuno ci hanno truffate alla grande. Faremo causa. Che vergogna!
We arrived with the transfer. The driver got out to look for this hidden accommodation in an alley which could not be accessed by car. He came back saying that the address was wrong that this was the address of the workshop but the accommodation we had to go to was another. We found ourselves in another accommodation very far from the center and when we complained we were told that the manager had spoken to us and we were okay with the change of accommodation. That we are late for this
They had already given it to others and they also gave us a pleasure to settle elsewhere and not leave us on the road .... All false. Never seen the lady. Never talked to anyone they scammed us big time. We will sue. What a shame!
