excelente trabajo por parte de la doctora Priscila, excelente ubicación.
me voy con una mala impresión pues la chica que se encuentra en caja es muy grosera, estaba hablando mal de un paciente que iba de salida, no mide el tono de voz que utiliza y tuvo mala actitud cuando le pedí mi factura.
Agradezco el servicio pero podría mejorar en esos puntos.

excellent work by Dr. Priscila, excellent location.
I leave with a bad impression because the girl who is in the box is very rude, she was speaking badly of a patient who was going out, she does not measure the tone of voice she uses and she had a bad attitude when I asked her for my bill.
I appreciate the service but could improve on those points.

Llego la dermatologa 1 hora despues de la agendada, no me aplico bien la anestesia y quede con dolor en la quijada y la nariz, despues se fue sin decir mas y me dejo con el tratamiento otra hora en la cama hasta que vino una empleada a correrme (me tuve que quitar la mascarilla con las servilletas y el lavabo) porque estaba agendado el cuarto y la cosmetologa ya se fue hace rato. Ademas, las recepcionistas se enojaron por tener que abrirme la puerta.
Si pague $9,000, 3 veces mas de lo que pago con un dermatologo normal, esperaria minimo un poco de profesionalismo. Evitese este lugar.
Very bad service. The dermatologist arrived 1 hour after the scheduled time, I did not apply anesthesia well and I was left with pain in my jaw and nose, then she left without saying more and left me with the treatment for another hour in bed until an employee came to I came (I had to remove the mask with the napkins and the sink) because the room was scheduled and the cosmetologist left a long time ago. Also, the receptionists got mad at having to open the door for me.
If I pay $ 9,000, 3 times what I pay with a normal dermatologist, I would expect minimal professionalism. Avoid this place.

Los consultorios siempre muy limpios y bonitos, las enfermas muy atentas y los dermatólogos te resuelven todas las dudas que tengas. Los tratamientos muy efectivos si los sigues tal y como lo indican.
Excellent experience and attention from the first appointment, beautiful clinic and very good service. The offices are always very clean and beautiful, the patients are very attentive and the dermatologists answer any questions you may have. Very effective treatments if you follow them as indicated.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went to the clinic seeking to fade or clear acne scars, and for labionasal fillers. I am moderately satisfied with the results of the fillers, but I’m disappointed in the direction they took for my acne scars. I had the treatment that they recommended, which I thought was a laser treatment (maybe it was the language barrier, but the doctor spoke to me in English and used the word “laser”), but I showed my next esthetician the paper that the doctor gave me of my course of treatment, and the esthetician explained to me that that was not a laser.
I was upsold about $200usd worth of products that I thought were prescription strength, but they weren’t. I ended up having some type of reaction to these products, and I experienced a rash-like breakout of itchy bumps all over my face, which has never happened to me before in 40 years.
I’m now spending more money at an esthetician to receive the treatments (laser and microneedling) that I wish would have been given to me at Dermédica. The visit was very expensive, and ineffective.
