★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es un fraccionamiento que a simple vista se ve y se siente muy seguro, aún no hay mucha gente habitando ahí. Es ideal para tener a tus hijos puesto que las calles solo son para los habitantes del fraccionamiento, tiene área infantil y van a tener una alberca próximamente. En la entrada hay pluma y solo se permite el ingreso a los residentes. Lo único no tan favorable es que de vez en cuando llega un aroma fétido porque cerca hay un establo por lo que he escuchado.
